A few years ago I had a run in with Rose, who was awful. After our entire order was incorrect, she acted as if I was the culrprit for getting the order wrong and was intolerable. I could see the staff's look on their face in embarrassment. Tonight I had a similar run in with Lisa the manager. As soon as we walked in to pick up a take out order worth hundreds, before greeting us she angrily looked at me and said stand over there as if we were in violation of an invisible fence. Then when we said we were there to pick up an order she asked for the order number. They never give an order number on the phone when you order and even if they did , and you forget it, we're the customer....it's a terrible system. So we started to say what we ordered as an alternative and she was like "yeah everyone orders that"...and this went on and on. Then we went to the bar per her recommendation, spent money there waiting and over a half an hour later, our food was still not ready. Her attitude persisted and her staff were clearly embarrassed. It got to the point where we left and went to Rebulic Kitchen and my god...what a difference. Plus the only reason we order from Vazzy's is quick and convenient, but if that's not there, then why would any one patronize this restaurant. Until Vazzy's fixes these cocky stuck up managers, forget it....

Would leave zero stars if I could. We order dinner from this place WEEKLY. We decided tonight we wanted to go in for a night cap around 8pm. I work as a bartender myself so I understand we must order food. When we arrived we told the girl in the bar we wanted a few drinks and understood we needed to order at lease an appetizer. When we sat the manager (or owner, whatever) told us we all had to order dinner in order to be served. I tried to tell her we just wanted dessert and drinks which by law IS allowed as we ARE ordering food. Terrible customer service. We literally order food from this place every week. Consider our business with this place over. Went to Republic right down the street instead after being turned away from Vazzys. Way better drinks, food and service anyway. Too bad, we spent about $500 at Republic between the 4 of us. Will never order from this place again and will never recommend to anyone. This place just lost an incredible amount of locals we know in the matter of minutes because of some stupid manager and/or owner who obviously doesn’t know what hospitality...
