My husband went in earlier to get our 2 pointers nail clipped ($5 on Wednesdays 🎉), he absolutely loved the place & staff. He raved about the pet bathing station, the food selection & dog jackets. And, so I went in to buy dog food. Because their prices are so low (I USED to buy from Petco & Hollywood Feed, so that I could have it delivered) I made a mistake & picked up 2 bags of the most expensive Orijen dog food (I completely read the price wrong). They even brought it out to my car!! When I realized that it was much more than what I thought, I called to see if I could come in & exchange the bags for the cheaper Orijen. 2 mins later I was there & they insisted on refunding me for the difference in the 2 more expensive bags vs the cheaper bag I wanted to exchange & let me keep the 2 bags!! Really, who does that anymore??! Especially since it was totally my mistake!! They just gained a lifetime customer! Thank you for your awesome customer...

Great store & great staff. They have almost all my pet supplies at cheaper prices than everywhere(even online). They have things I can’t find anywhere else. I use them for all my pets now. One problem…I’ve gone there 3x when they are normally supposed to be open according to their hours and today was the 4th time I went and they are not open. No sign or message on their phone lines. Disappointing I keep waisying my gas in my truck driving 30 min each way and they don’t follow their posted hours. All the weather did today was rain normally, nothing more so it couldn’t have been due to weather. If it was, there would’ve been a posting. I don’t have social media so I go by old school ways of calling & going there. Would have been nice if there was a message on their phone lines machine for their returning customers. This is the 4th time! How would the owner like driving back & forth 30 min each way waisting...

We found this place when we got our newest addition! We found everything for our new pup there! A brand new tag, food, treats, toys and all kinds of other fun stuff. Each time I go in, I am greeted with a friendly smile and they are always eager to assist and to suggest new things to try. It's like Target! You say you are only going in for dog food and end up leaving with bags of other stuff, LOL! Each time she has suggested something for my guy, he ends up loving it!
