Wendy's — Restaurant in Monroe

The positives: the location was extremely clean inside. Everything was in order, and all drink items/consumption accessories were filler to the brim. You can't say this about every fast food dining location. The food we asked for came as expected, was fresh, and tasted great. However, I surmised one of the reasons the food was hot and fresh wasn't because it was made at the time of request. It was, but only because at some point they quickly fell behind. 3 waiting on orders, 2 in front, 4 behind, and to my view a rather empty drive-through. I'm not sure if it's because 20 people showed up all at the same time, but preparation was not ready to handle the volume that came in. Someone did give my kid a free toy so...

I want to Wendy's on North 18th street in Monroe La. Customer didn't won't the salad instead being polite the cashier was rude the manager on the table making food... So the cashier went over there talk to the manager on duty and the manager standing there rolling her eyes like she don't won't to deal with the situation... I walk out of Wendy's because you don't do people like that at fast food place... That spend their money there at Wendys... I know we have rough days but we are people that like to get treat right... I work at fast food I'm manager I know it can get rough but I treat people...

Drive thru was ok until getting to the window, was helped by a pretty nice lady, but then another lady was handling our food. Got all the drinks, but order was missing three of the 7 burgers, then we asked for bbq sauce, since the was none in the bag, they said there was, so I kindly asked for 3 more, got 2 instead. They should've slowed down, and just gave us things as they were done, we weren'tin a hurry, but it was 11 at night. Probably just won't go to wendys for food anymore..... and all the burgers...
