Well i'm not sure where to begin. I purchased my furniture from Sleepy Hollow in approximately July 2015. I purchased two sofa's for my home and paid a pretty expensive price but was willing to spend the extra money so that I could design my own. I also purchased a fabric protection plan that was not worth the purchase. From the time it takes for them to address the fabric spotting issue (were talking months), I could've already treated it myself. I was told that it would take about 30 days to receive my new furniture. My furniture arrived on time and I was super excited. Then in less than 3 months we starting having fabric issues with the sofa's and pillows. One sofa had to be returned to be repaired with the manufacture so we were without that sofa for another 30 days until it could be repaired and shipped back. I know that were not all perfect and people make mistakes but I do have to say this has been my worst purchase experience ever. I hate my furniture & if I could return it for a refund, I would. Makes me sad and angry each time I sit on them. I spent thousands of dollars and don't feel like I got the quality for...

The people in Sleepy Hollow was very nice to me but he's one thing I notice about it I went in and I got a quota on a lot of stuff and had them to email it to me to see what the price would have been then I had my sister-in-law what shoes White to go in and pick out the same stuff and had it shipped to her house I pay far less than I would have paid if it was me after that I stopped going to them but I did get my stuff from her home and put it in mind and I kept the paperwork that they email me and I kept the paperwork that they gave her Sleepy Hollow you missed a honest person that would have use you guys business for the rest of my days to equip my own business but it's one thing I don't do and that's play games like y'all have with my intelligence not good now you get slapped with a nasty rating maybe next time oh I'm sorry it won't...

From the minute we walked in the store to the minute we left we were beyond pleased with Sleepy Hollow and their staff. We had been to all the big brand furniture stores in the area throughout the day and were very disappointed in the service and the inventory they had to offer, but that was not the case here. The sales associates were very friendly and welcoming to the extent it felt like we were shopping at a friends house instead of a store. They were not pushy in trying to make a sale but instead very forthcoming on their incredible prices and furniture, which they had a lot of. They didn't try to hide the deals they were having until the last minute like other stores do but instead told us upfront of the savings we could have.
