The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Monroeville

Prior to visiting this store this evening I checked on Google to see what time they closed. It said 8:00pm. I proceed to get there and the door was locked I decided to sit in my vehicle which I saw other customers come and walked away. One customer came knocked on the door and they let him in I go in behind him and the older bald headed male was very rude and impolite when I simply asked if the hours have changed. I proceeded to ask the person that waited on me he walked back over and insisted on dismissing my question and telling me to order. I don’t appreciate the service and he needs to learn better customer service skills. I will make another complaint because you don’t treat customers that way it’s not good...

I was impressed by the staff and the pick up was timely for my order. My disappointment is with the ham. Our ham was not sliced properly. One third of the ham had not been sliced at all. The rest of it was barely sliced ( only 1/2-1 inch cuts) I bought this for the taste and the convenience so I didn’t mind spending $94 on a HALF bone in ham.. however since we had to do ALL the slicing this was very time consuming and not worth the money. The presentation of the ham was not even close to the photos:(. We will not...

I absolutely love the roasted red pepper sandwich please never take it off the menu it's so delicious and the potatoe salad is the best. I just wish portion size was bigger. Thank you HBH for the best vegetarian sandwich in history. Update 2/13/2021 this location is always out of potatoe salad and broccoli bliss I have given up on ordering anything from them on Uber Eats. They never update the app saying they sold out so if you order these items they will give you chips...
