I had not gotten pizza from here in years, so I decided to try. I have been getting a thin crust every week and enjoying it. Well unfortunately it has came to an end tonight. I ordered my usual and got home to a thick crust instead. When I called the store the employee basically said it was my problem since that is what in writing. She then acted like I should be happy with what I got. I never even got a sorry which is when I was upset with a minor tone in my voice. She said to me 2 times that i don't appreciate the tone and you'll have to be happy with what got...would you jot of gotten a bit of a tone if you were told the mistake was your fault. I had turned back into a fan then to have this happen and not another vocelli around me. I will no longer be a customer of the golden location and share my poor experience if people ask me about them. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and watch how I treat people because of this. I had to ask her to replace my pizza, no offer of any help with it. Had to drive 15 minutes back to pick up, then when I got there gave then back the mistake pizza to get new which was ready. The woman, who I believe is manager, did not even say sorry or even a single word except a sarcastic "have a good night". I'm truly appalled by this whole situation. Read moreThey have gone severely downhill the last few months. It started with an online order I placed that costed me $34 I was charged for, but they claimed they never received the order. The manager told me he’d contact me back with a solution and never did. So I finally called back 2 weeks later and was told to email corporate, which I did to no avail. I then stopped ordering from them for about 3 months. I finally ordered again to receive an over cooked almost no cheese at all pizza. I figured at that point I wouldn’t waste my time with this establishment again, but tonight I ordered again. I placed an online order at 5:45pm and it is now 7:10pm. I called down and asked what was going on and the guy that answered the phone told me they had only one driver and that my order has been out for delivery for a while, but then immediately asked another guy in the restaurant what the status of my order was, only for the other guy to tell him it is almost ready to go out for delivery. Read moreRe: Vocellis has promptly refunded us after discovering the situation. That does count and is appreciated. Customer service at this restaurant is terrible! I do not review often but this one is deserved in my opinion. We ordered online for pickup as we do not have a vocellis within delivery range since a few months ago. We picked up our order and proceeded home, assuming our order was correct. Once realizing our (13 dollar!) salad was missing, we called to have it delivered. The manager told us because they are out of our delivery range and we would have to pick it up, since it is "not worth it" for thier drivers. That being bad enough, we asked for them to refund the 13 dollars for the missing salad and we were told they could only offer a store credit, which didn't even come with a code or anyway to redeem other than telling them we had a credit when we next ordered.
