First let me say Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant, I used to work at a Wendy’s back in the day and I know how you are supposed to treat customers also I was an assistant manager at Taco Bell. So if you like to deal with attitudes and eye rolls from employees this is the place to go. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make this review bc I hate complaining but I talked to a couple people and they told me it needs to be said. I went through the drive through the other morning at 11:30AM. Mind you Wendy’s is now open for breakfast at 6:30AM, I had a long morning and was hungry for Wendy’s it was what I was In the mood for, after I placed my order I got to the window and the kid who was at the window was very nice I didn’t catch his name but when I handed him my bill which was $100 bill, he said “I just started and my drawer won’t have 100 in it, but let me see what my manager can do” I said okay and this women short, with glasses came to the window with a freaking SMILE on her face telling me they “just opened the store” so she couldn’t break my $100. Now mind you it’s 11:30AM and you have been opened all morning, how could you not. Not to mention I know managers are able to go into the safe and break change. I managed at Taco Bell and we did that all the time to make sure the customer was satisfied, the reason I highlighted she came to the window and smiled was it felt like she was happy she didn’t have to make my order, now more order had 1 meal and a sandwich + a fry for me and an older gentleman I worked with. I was very very disappointed on how the manager handled this situation, the smiling like she was saying ha ha in her head and practically shoving my money back in my hand. Read moreThe management seriously needs help if are considering working here seriously…I worked here for Wendys for not even a month and the management how they treated people was terrible The yelling is out of hand I understand stress but no type of decency or compassion or emotional for anyone tbh the whole place is ran by a related family high suspicion on payroll just a whole bunch of unprofessionalism in this place this is the first place I had to worry about my check and constantly checking my hours and they don’t clean anything I had to clean a lot even while no one else was cleaning which is also the bare minimum and I mean a lot the other managers don’t even really do the bare minimum of there job is one of the easiest jobs yes it is stressful at times but still I don’t understand how some people have the titles that they have it’s a shame and neither is anyone held accountable and everyone doesn’t have respect for anyone definitely appreciate the time there and some people there but just unprofessional the way they care about a timer than customer satisfaction which should be the number one priority at any job and all they keep talking about is time and not talking about how getting smart with customers is wrong and flirting with minors is wrong yelling at co workers in front of guest is wrong cussing out the drive through window is wrong. These people are older and don’t know how to act or manage it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been there you still decide to come in everyday find another job if it makes you miserable and also when I was able to bring the issues up all that is important to these people is a time limit in a drive thru and that is mind blowing to me because you can still be respectful and fast and contribute fresh food at a fast time I hope whoever is reading this really understands and has a great day! Read moreOmg let me tell you. I ordered a chicken salad and a water. My son ordered a breaded chicken sandwich with fries and a Coke. (We were inside) we waited and waited for about 15 minutes, along with other people who were waiting. After waiting they handed me a bag that had two burgers in it. I said this is NOT my order and handed them my DINE IN RECEIPT. I then waited another 10 minutes for them to hand me two separate bags one with my salad, and one with my son's sandwich in it. We sat down then realized there were no french fries in the bag and we did not get our drinks. So we went back up to get them, and sat back down. I then open my bag with a salad in it and realize they gave me some Chipotle dressing when I specifically asked for raspberry vinaigrette. My son opened his sandwich and it was grilled chicken not breaded. We both looked at one another and said forget it let's just eat it and get the heck out of here and never return. when I handed them the receipt when they gave me the two burgers they kept my RECEIPT.. so I cannot call there or call corporate to report the incident I have no receipt number etc.I don't see how a solid a chicken sandwich fries and two drinks could be so difficult we waited at least 40 minutes for this whole thing to transpire needless to say the fries were not edible they were freezing cold and disgusting and old.
