If I can give them a 0 I would. My work crew and I just walked in for lunch Tuesday Aug. 3, 2021 at around 11:50 AM. We all had a mask on except for one person, we will call him Tom, which he got called on by the cashier. My worker “Tom” asked if they had a mask he can have. Before he even finished talking, the cashier cut him off and said “I said you need a mask.” Tom then tried explaining that he was just asking if they had a mask he can have, the cashier then did the same thing, she cut him off and told him “I’m not going to serve you without a mask,” Tom then headed back to the vehicle to grab a mask. Then we noticed the icee technician working right behind the cashier not wearing a mask. The cashier was then asked “how come the icee technician was not wearing a mask?” That’s when the manager stepped in and said, “he is not our employee,” which was not relevant at all. We then told her, how is it that it is ok for him to be right next to the kitchen, working on the machine that customers get served from without a mask? She then said “look, if you don’t like it, you guys shouldn’t eat here. The manager was then asked what is her name, and she never gave us her name. Read moreI went to the drive thru and order some food when they took our order they lady was rude. No please no thank you and definitely in a rude tone . When we got to the window to pay michelle didn’t even smile or say hi no greeting just the total amount. Took my card gave me the food before my card and from far away didn’t even go to window to make sure I knew she was talking to me; she said, ketchup? I wasn’t even sure she was talking to me. she didn’t even say thank for coming when she gave me my debit card absolutely nothing. On top of it all the food was bad. I guess the pictures speak for themselves. Meat was old; definitely not fresh. They weren’t busy so I know the meat is suppose to be fresh. Hardly any lettuce on the burger. burger bread was alright and most of the French fries weren’t even cooked all the way: they were hard. temperature food was, burly warm. Definitely returning the food. Hope Michelle the girl in drive thru is better with her customer service. FYI I drop 4 miles to get to the restaurant for Thai terrible experience. And no I did not get home to eat the food. I checked the food before I even left the parking lot of Burger King. Returned the food right away. Definitely not returning. Read moreI paid for the cheese upcharge on my burgers but they didn't add the cheese. Since I was in a rush to get back to work, I did not have time to check my sandwiches to make sure they were made right, so unfortunately I found out once I'd already made it back. The staff was not especially friendly either. I understand it's the afternoon rush, but try to look like you actually care about your job. Some people look so over it to just take your order or to even help you in general.
Also, if you make a rude remark to your colleagues, at least please wait until the customer leaves. I overheard the drive thru staff say something about me in a bothered tone and the other staff member looked my way and wasn't even discreet about it. It bothered me because if I am spending my money here, I should be treated nicely, not bad mouthed while I am waiting on my food. Anyway, the burgers were yummy, but the service needs...
