La Michoacana Ice Cream — Restaurant in Montclair

CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. They have a giant sign in front of their store stating they offer happy hour for drinks and a variety of items. We came here for the fruit waters. The associate filled the cup to the top with ice. I didn’t come here to pay 4.50$ for a large cup of ice. I personally think it’s overpriced as is. The associate proceeded to remove ice but put more ice that was in the fruit water. I’m all for helping small businesses but greed gets you no where, especially during a pandemic. Employees were in the back and didnt come to serve us until after 5 mins. The strawberry cheesecake icecream was bad and they were unsure whether to serve it and asked if I was sure I wanted that one. They didn't seem professional at all, and they had no menus. Didnt know the prices or everything they had to offer. I had went to a different one prior to this location and thought this was a good icecream place but it was nothing close compared to the other one in Ontario on Euclid by food 4 less.
