Poor service. Iv been coming here for their breakfast croissant sandwitches almost every morning at 5:30am before work. Mainly because they actually cook the bread in the toaster oven with the egg cheese and ham, it's delicious the way it's made, I guess that's why it's like $4. Last week I came here and the guy that makes the doughnuts told me I have to wait for the lady to come in to work to make me the sandwitch, even though he's making doughnuts and serving other customers their coffee and pastries. So I waited, she came in, toasted my ham w/egg croissant in the oven and all was good she was very nice. Then this morning I came in, same time, the same guy told me I have to wait for the lady. Fine so i waited, 5:45 came around and she's not here so he decides to start making me the sandwitch (why he didn't just do it when I got there I have no idea?? There were no customers waiting)so he puts everything in the microwave and then hands it to me. I asked him why he didn't toast it in the oven because the egg ham and croissant need to be cooked, he says "Here it's same thing" I looked at him pretty upset and said no it's not I don't want to pay $4 for a half cooked sandwitch ... Then he said "ok then you wait for lady" If the guy wasn't too ignorant to understand proper customer service then maybe they wouldn't have lost a customer who goes there almost every morning of the week And spends money on a $4 sandwitch and a $3.50 cup of Beat juice that they make me at least 4 days a week.. Guess I have to find a new place.. What's funny is this is what Yum Yums pledge on their website: We Pledge: ⢠To use only the freshest ingredients. ⢠To make each Yum Yum with tender loving care and art. ⢠To satisfy the discriminating taste of those who demand the best. ⢠To bring smiles and satisfaction as you enjoy your tasty...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been here before and the donuts and a coffee were fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful but now the staff is extremely rude. On todayās visit the manager was mopping and didnāt wash her hands or use gloves to serve the customers, we order two tortas and automatically they were charging us for two combos plus avocado ( I didnāt order combos and avocado! I only order two tortas for $5.99 each) how in the world my bill was coming out to $22? Then we ask without onions and we got onions, when we finally got our āTortasā I ask for tapatĆo and the Manager reply āit already has jalapeƱos! What else do you want?ā Wow! Is this the way to keep your customers happy? Ā Ā Ā Read moremy family has been visiting this store for 4 decades. it has been a community staple and something that we enjoy as a family. my father went today to purchase his typical donuts. instead of being greeted with care and attention, he was treated and talked to poorly. when he told me what happened, i was horrified. he has limited vision and was seeking attendance. a white patron yelled at him about touching his bags when he was merely trying to see if the donut holes were on the counter. as if this wasnāt enough, the staff were terse with him and sharply asked him what he wanted. he walked out and we will never be back. shame on this store for their treatment of african...
