Ordered via seamless at 6:21 pm. The estimated delivery time was 7:21 pm - 7:32 pm. At around 7:45 am, I called to get an update. At first they seemed to not understand how I ordered. Eventually, after getting passed around three people they said it would be delayed 20 minutes because the restaurant was busy. Which at this point it was already delayed by 20 minutes, so I asked if it had been prepared yet because if not I would simply like to cancel my order. Based on the conversations in the background prior, I was fairly confident it hadnāt been started yet. After I asked, I was ignored after only hearing background noise for two minutes and no one responding to me I hung up and chatted seamless. I asked for a refund as I didnāt want the food at this point. Although I doubt they would have tampered with the food, Iām not one to risk it. Seamless reached out to the restaurant and was told they refused to refund me that my food was ready and they were just waiting for a delivery guy. Seamless said they wouldnāt do anything for me so I called their customer relations and explained what happened. While on hold with seamless who at this point was willing to refund my order, now around 8:30 pm, a woman arrived with my order and asked if I was Ray to which I replied, yes but I donāt want the order. I explained how the restaurant was rude and ignored me and she asked who was rude as she is the manager. I explained again to her which she apologized and said it took long because she had 6 other deliveries in the car. This information didnāt add up to anything else they had said to me and I explained that at which point after little back and forth she agreed to refund me and keep the food. When seamless got back on the line I told him they finally agreed to refund me so we are just waiting for that. I obviously canāt say how the food was but boy what a terrible experience. Luckily, Iāve just learned Cuban Peteās now delivers via Uber Eats for the next time Iām craving...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been to other Noches de Colombia and consider myself a committed costumer. Last week I went to this Noches expecting great service & food; but I ended up feeling extremely uncomfortable and angry. First of all the waitress didnāt explain their alcohol policy, we ordered a pitcher of sangrĆa and she came back with a pitcher of juice and a bottle of wine, we didnāt really pay much attention to that and continued to order our food. We had empanas for starters and those were fine, when our meal arrived we didnāt have forks, the waitress with another guy took one of the tables that had our food and proceeded to take the bottle of wine without asking if we were done with it(it had about a quarter of wine in it), of course they didnāt bother to ask because they were too busy attending another big table (hence why they took one of our tables without asking). We literally sat there for a good 7 minutes without being able to eat our food when I asked another waiter for forks and he literally gave me ONE (WE WERE TWO PEOPLE!); then I waited another 5 minutes until I found another waiter and he finally gave me another fork. The food was okay but my Bandeja Paisa looked like they were in a rush and forgot to put the arepa in it. When our bill came the waitress didnāt bother to even put a pen so that we could write her the tip... I ended up realizing that they charged me a good extra $18 for the wine that my SANGRIA didnāt have, and they charged for the pitcher of alcohol free sangria that they offer. Honestly they should be honest and explain their policies. When you order sangria you donāt expect to pay separately for the wine. I ended up complaining to the manager but he didnāt give me any solution or proper apology. NEVER coming back to this restaurant. All the other ones are so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHm. The waiter was obviously new, however he was a hard worker and I place zero blame on him for my rating for this visit. I blame the management. The manager greeted us and sat us down. He gave us the option of scanning the menu or a physical one. We chose to scan. So it's myself, my daughter and my friend and we are all very tech savvy however their website would not take us to its menu. So I called the manager over and told him we'd take the physical ones and he laughed and said suggested that we were incapable of getting the menu online. I told him we are all extremely capable of getting his menu, had the site been working properly! He looked at my daughter's phone, guided her and saw it wasn't working. Then says, "Yes,we've been having issues" Then why tf are you coming at us with the smug attitude my man? Anyway the poor waiter has zero help from this guy who obviously knows he's new and his English isn't the best. The waiter is absolutely running between our table and others trying to accommodate us while the manager stays up in the front or talks to the waitresses. The manager comes over once to check on us and we asked him for a soda and a coffee. He gets the soda and tells us the coffee is on the way. It did come...after we finished our food. We tipped the waiter well, but I can't say that I'd be back because if it's like that on a slow day I can only imagine what happens when it's busy. A new manager is needed to make things easier for the staff and to show them how to do things so they aren't working as hard. I work in health care full-time, but part-time I manage the staff for a catering company in Hoboken. The manager is totally at fault for this waiter having to...
