Terrible service and a total rip off. Scam artists! Do not waste your time or money here. They gave us a defective phone screen, which did not detect any touch and popped back out one day after being put into the phone, and developed 4 cracks within 24 hours without being dropped once. They refused to give us a new screen or a refund despite telling us that there was a lifetime warranty before purchase. They acted like we were lying about the condition of the phone and what had happened to us. The clerk got increasingly more sassy and developed an attitude with us as we tried to explain to her what had happened-- that the screen POPPED OUT of the phone less than 24 hours after they had 'repaired' it, and then developed random cracks without being dropped our squeezed at all. She tried to blame the cracks on the phone itself, saying that my model of phone (iPhone 6s) is defective when it comes to screens and bends. That is ridiculous. On top of that, we waited almost half an hour to be recognized standing in the shop with only one person in front of us and three workers behind the counter. Total highway robbery. Do not waste money here. Any place that gives warranties and then rebukes them is not worth the time. They sell every product 'as is' and then lie about having a warranty, and if you bring back the product when you discover it is defective, they accuse you of dropping it and lying about it. I even overheard the clerks talking to each other saying 'customers do it all the time. They buy from us, drop the product and then claim they bought it broken'. I'm calling BULL.
