BJ's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Montebello

I just went yesterday with my friend and mind you this wasn’t our first time idk of the lady with the pony tail was in a bad mood she asked for an ID for a pitcher I paid and my friend showed the ID she told us one cup per ID it was weird because she always give us as many cups and last time she gave us a free pitcher so we order and the whole time she was giving us a nasty stare then I’ve noticed she told this tall guy something in the kitchen the whole time it was uncomfortable then as we left he followed us outside and looked inside my car asking for the beer we were shocked like why follow us to our car then he told us that next time we weren’t welcome we were clueless of why he told us that we paid for everything but I feel like it had to do something with that cashier lady andava de malas or something not spending our money somewhere that would treat us...

Very slow service. This was my first time coming here. Two people were in front of me in line and both of them ordered two slices of pizza and so did I. They both received their food almost immediately and I was waiting for almost 15 minutes. While I was waiting two more people came in and ordered two slices of pizza each and they got their pizza right away. I asked the cashier how much longer for my two slices and she proceeded to print out the receipt that they didn't even give the cooks when I first placed my order. They dont care about customer service and the cooks dont use gloves when handling the food. First and last time they will receive my business. Go elsewhere if you want quality pizza and better...

Convenient for a pizza place. But, it'd recommend elsewhere. The food is ok. A bit pricey. 2 slices of pizza and a drink is $9.00 plus tax. Weekday only. There is no sign of it.

Once, the pizza I ordered was cold. Rock hard bread. It wasn't soft.

I know a place in the same city. Fresher pizza. 2 slices and side drink for $5. Half the price. Daily deal.

The atmosphere is good. Lot's of flat screen televisions. Music plays in the background. Each t.v. plays the same thing. Sometimes they put different games on each t.v.

It's hard to hear the t.v. with the music in the background.

Most of the owners friends and family visit the place. They get discounts or freebies.

Service is good....
