Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Montebello

I usually enjoy Jack's all over L,A. County. THIS IS THE WORST MANAGED ONE, I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. IF YOU WALK IN, IT WILL OFTEN TAKE 10 TO 15 MINUTES FOR THEM TO TAKE YOUR ORDER. THEY CONCENTRATE ON THE DRIVE THRU. THEY ARE OFTEN RUDE. I LIVE REALLY CLOSE BUT AVOID THIS JACK'S UNLESS I AM GOING TO DRIVE THRU. ON THE SATURDAY MORNINGS THAT I HAVE TRIED TO EAT THERE. THE PLACE WAS NOT TOO CLEAN. IF I OWNED THIS FRANCHISE I WOULD PROBABLY FIRE EVERYONE AND START WITH NEW CREW. SEND THE MANGER TO ARRAYS BURGERS IN MONTEBELLO TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE. so I ordered my meal drive thru they didnt have vanilla milkshake but that's was fine.. the problem was the lady gave me a hard time with my order. and when I paid and ask for barbecue sauce they refused to give me. when I was driving out they where just laughing at me when I wasnt even joking to begin with.

the customer service was terrible.. when I started eating my fries they where hard, the mossurala sticks tasted horrible they crumbled like a dead leaf. I dont know why she gave me food like this. never coming back

Should have read reviews!!! They do ignore you! Don’t pay attention. One employee was having a break and when done she left left the table dirty with grease stain on table!!! A man came in from drive through he did not get him hash brown. So when I got my food checked it… I did not get my bacon.
