Subway — Restaurant in Montebello

I was poorly greeted by the owner, I would give zero stars but not an option, my bread was stale with crumbs falling off it, as the bread looked hard my sandwiches were given to me wide open not wrapped and the person making them was sick and coughing. No mask!! I told the owner about it and he told me that sandwich are served open and not wrapped while dinning, my sandwich had little vegetables. The owner did not like that I complained and that I wanted my sandwiches wrapped, he got upset and told me he will no longer be excepting coupons. I would not be eating here again I did expect that from the owner. There are several subways in Montebello on Beverly bl that provide better service and they are employees not owners. Take your coupons to another subways with better customer service. PLEASE !! train these owner on some good customer service skills. Take your money to a better...

I understand it gets busy, but the only person I seen working hard and trying to assist and work was the girl with the tattoos. She has great customer service, shes fast and professional. The one that was just the worst was the worker named Micheal, he was unprofessional and need customer service training. The line was getting bigger and he was not worried moving at a snail pace. He seemed bothered the whole time helping people forcefully. There was another guy working there that seemed a little lost so I'm guessing hes new. The eating area was dirty, the chips were almost empty, there were no cookies and I heard two different people ask for some cookies and Micheal just dismissed it and when the guy asked if they were going to make anymore Micheal said no. The second guys asked for cookies and the girl was very nice and offered to make some more. But the guy said he could wait...

I came into this Subway only to let the employees to know there are shattered glasses on the nearby parking lot. It at near the hospital. But the hospital was already closed. I couldn't believe the employees I spoke to in this Subway. One of the ladies told me it is too dangerous for them to do anything . I got frustrated which anyone would. It's so dangerous for people to walk and the tires of cars. I got really sick of the one of the guys worked there. He told me to get out of the restaurant. I cleared up all the shattered glasses by myself. I want your business to do well, I mean I really like subway sandwiches. But some of the employees should not be there anymore. I don't know if there is a video recording what goes on in the restaurant or not. But anyways. I can not believe...
