Taco Bell — Restaurant in Montebello

I came to have breakfast with my husband here and when we came in it was about 845 in the morning, when we walked in there wasn’t anyone at the register to take our order, we were paying cash so we were standing there for about 15 minutes waiting till some one came there was a working who was making the food who had seen us standing there but did not acknowledge us there was also a working who was working the drive thru window who also seen us and did not acknowledge us as well. We were about to leave and that’s when the worker who was working the drive thru told us to used the tablet to take our order but she basically told us from the drive thru window my husband asked if it accepted Cash and she said yes. Once we were done ordering she came over and asked if we were done but kind of with an attitude. After we got our food and senior citizen came in to order food again no one was in the front to greet him and no one let him know to use the tablet he was there for about 5 minutes before the same worker came when the same annoyed look on her and took his order. I never had experience this at a Taco Bell I understand it was early in the morning and they might have been short staffed but at least let the customers know to use the tablet to order instead of just having them stand around waiting while the workers just look and not...

I had a horrible experience here last night, I couldn’t believe the level of unprofessionalism. I came in close to closing to buy food & use the bathroom, I asked the workers if they wanted me to order my food first & they said no. I then when to the bathroom and they cut the lights off on me so I was using the bathroom in the dark for minutes, I was yelling for assistance for no help to ever come, my wife then had to call the store to let them know I was in there in the dark and the lady who picked up the phone told my wife “We are trying to close so that’s why the light is off” WOW so they were fully aware that I was in the bathroom and they shut the lights off. My wife had to ask the lady several times to turn the lights back on. After this I didn’t want to make a purchase anymore because how rude can you be to a paying customer trying to use...

I haven't been to a Taco Bell for a while but I was coming out of the movies and had a craving for munchies and they're still open so I ordered from the drive thru a power steak burrito and a Combo #7, happy with my order till I got home and discovered that I given somebody's order so I drove back to the place. I understand that it's already late and they are closing but I went to the drive thru window and waved at the guy who saw me and yet ignored me even when I honked my horn. I would have been okay if he came and talked to me but he totally ignored me. I'll never go back to this place again.
