Don Roberto Jewelers — Local services in Montebello

You best believe I won’t ever do business with this particular Don Roberto’s , I understand they make calls when payment is due but if a customer is telling you they will go on a certain day , then at least wait until that day comes and it’s over to make another call! It’s very annoying to receive collection calls when you give them a promise to pay date I do collection calls myself at work and I sure don’t annoy customers on a daily basis when they say they’re going to come in and make a payment! And as much as I asked them to stop calling me I don’t need a reminder if I said I’ll be in to make the payment I’ll be there ! Call me if I don’t go the day I said I would!!!! Plus their customer service sucks!!! You walk in there and it’s like they don’t even want to be there!! This place is a joke lol. We went Ring shopping and saw a ring for a really low price. We asked why? If he could tell us more about the ring and he said "i don't know, but my girlfriend really liked this ring as well. But if you like it, it's yours". He didn't know a single thing about jewelry and didn't even know what lab grown was when we asked him if it was lab grown. A literal joke. How are you not going to have any knowledge on jewelry while working at a jewelry store?! Stay away from this...

My go to store was the location in Huntington park but one day I stepped in the location here in montebello mall and I got great service and I ended up satisfied with their service and liked by the employees here.
