I've always on my purchases here I've always had encounter good people nice customer service really good indie when I purchase clothing from here I usually try to purchase or more like I always purchase above $80 every single time I come here today it was one day that I purchase not a lot just a birthday present attire everything was going good and I was with my pregnant wife so she have been to sit down at one of the sofas and I guess one of the staff members told her to get up that she wasn't allowed to sit there got me so mad and upset I rushed to pee too much by whatever and get out of there I couldn't catch your name but she was rude all the time I definitely never encountered this kind of situations so I've always had work with hard headed people it was the same person that helped me out at the register she didn't even brag she didn't even say the word about how was my day today so I pretty much not talk to her she was not behaving professionally I understand sometimes people happen to have bad days but to take it out on a pregnant woman specially my wife I don't think that's fair especially not letting her sit down on the sofa I don't understand the concept of that I don't mind you doing it two kids two men but a pregnant woman come on as I said once again I couldn't catch your name but I was not going to stay there and brag about the situation just grab some stuff and left out of there I never thought I would encounter this kind of situation either my wife before Forever 21 call Mega message I'm going to not going to shop again in this store but I wouldn't lie to face this assistance from this person anymore or she didn't have an excuse or reason for my wife not to sit down on the sofa we did not get greeted the right way when we got to the register she didn't even ask us how everything went if we were finding everything okay you know stuff like that customer service technically and she wouldn't even dare to look at us at all she just picking much put the receipt on the bags and luckily we didn't get our back...

Really disappointed with the customer service at this Hollister location. My little sister was waiting for a fitting room, and the employee working there ignored her, letting other people go ahead instead. She never asked my sister if she needed a room opened, which was frustrating and unfair. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this from the same employee. She’s tall, has balayage hair, and I believe she may be Asian. She usually works around the fitting rooms or cashier area. Every time we’ve come in, she seems upset, unfriendly, and unapproachable. Tried to return a pair of jeans but cashier wouldn’t let my mom with an ID. I talked to katlyn who informed me she could use her ID and receive a lesser value. After spoke with Carla to ask for cashiers name , couldn’t give it and I asked why isn’t her employs trained to know this or the employee just refused to make the exchange because the way my mom looks. Carla just ended up being sarcastic and laughing at us over the phone. Danniella is supposed to to be a higher manger and than both of these ladies if they were being honest.
