FYE — Local services in Montebello

Stay away from this company. I stopped by to see the location. Got some products. Then they required me to be the member. They said the account will be cancelled in two weeks. FYE has charged me for months before I realized one transactions in my bank account. Call my bank, it is a subscription so needed to cancel from the company. So I try to retrieve my account. But I never receive the email to reset my password which couldn’t remember. Look at how spammy this notice looks like. I never seen a reset password that warned me that it takes minutes to reach my account and that I have to check my junk, which I did. FYE is located on the second floor of the Montebello Town Center. You'll be hard pressed to find a store that has this variety of items. Firstly, they have second hand DVDs at affordable prices if you are still willing to go out and buy a DVD. They had boxed sets of classic tv shows, cable shows, movies and some anime sets. Secondly, I saw t - shirts, posters, kitschy items like a WWE toaster, and funko pop figures. You can find some Japanese kawaii related stuff and some off the wall American collectibles. Like that great American icon Bob Ross in a 6 foot cardboard cut out. This store is worth a browse. I do love FYE but returning items is horrible i got some cat ear phones for my bd and im 35 lol im too old for that so my dad gave me the receit to return them i went and i believe it was a guy manager short guy wouldn't exchange them he said i opened the box i said no i didn't he showed me the tape was off so i called my dad and asked did u open the box he said no so i told the guy no one opened it he said i will exchange it for the same item and i told him i dont want the same item i want something else he said no i was like huh.
