To whom it may concern, I am writing a review based on the incidents that I unfortunately have to experience as a delivery personnel. Even though I am not your customer but I would like to express many of the red flags that I have encountered when I tried to pick up orders. I would like to share with you a little bit about my employment background prior to the Coronavirus pandemic. I was working as a server and online orders from companies such as Doordash, Grubhub, and Postmates were no strangers. The restaurant collaborated with the companies and I am extremely familiar with the online ordering applications. The online food ordering companies will send the orders to the restaurant upon receiving the order directly from the customers. The restaurants are given a tablet or something similar to a tablet for order receiving and processing. The restaurants should turn on the chime on their tablet to alert them when an order/orders come through. The restaurant will then confirm the order and click on the appropriate ready-for-pick-up time for the orders. The restaurant will then have to put in the order into the restaurant POS system and send the orders in so that the cooks are able to fulfill them. Where am I going with this? There are several things that I and other food delivery personnel find alarming and frustrating. 1. Employees at your location OFTEN miss confirming the orders on the receiving tablet and do NOT put in the orders in so that they can be prepared and be ready on time. Do I have proof of this? Yes, I do. I reported it to my company and I can also back-track my Maps locations and the time I spent waiting for the orders that were not confirmed and processed in the first place. Today, I have enough with the quality of your restaurant's performance. This was the THIRD time that happened to me and I am very sure, this also happened to other delivery drivers also. I realized I have to address it to your restaurant. today, at approximately 1900 hours, I went inside the designated pick-up area and the cashier acknowledged me that the order would be ready in 10 minutes. 1920 came, I had to ask about "my" order again. I knew that the employees working during at the time received the order but did not put it in the system. I was extremely sure that that was the case because I saw one of the cashier checked the tablet and frantically put in the order. I asked, "The order that should have been done at 1900 was not even processed, am I correct?" "Yes, but I am putting it into the system right now and it will be ready in 15 minutes." Unfortunately I could not wait any longer because I had the obligation to deliver another order from your location and the delivery-by time had passed for about 20 minutes. I picked up the other order and I was on my way. I reassigned the other order to another driver since I could not afford to wait any longer. 2. I believe that the employees at your restaurant should at least position the tablet on the counter and turn on its chime. That way when an order comes in, the employees will be able to see the incoming order easily. It horrified me when I saw the employee grabbed the tablet from under the counter and I am extremely sure that the chime was not turned on. It perplexed me to find how would anyone put a tablet WITHOUT the sound notification on UNDER the counter where no one could see orders coming in. Some of your employees need to be more courteous and polite towards customers. Please look into this and you may want to reinforce your customer service. Please be mindful about the impacts of these PREVENTABLE incidents to delivery drivers and to your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreArrived with a party of 2 on Sunday evening around 5PM. There was nobody in the front to greet us at the time but 3 minutes later, someone finally got us seated at the smallest booth possible. Our host informed us that our server will be with us shortly. 10 minutes go by and our server finally arrived to take our order. We waited another 5 minutes and our beers/waters arrived. 12 minutes after initially ordering, our wings came out. Our appetizers, which were "bottomless" came out another 5 minutes after our wings came out. Another 5 minutes came by and our server brought us our celery and carrots. We wanted round 2 of our "bottomless" appetizers but that took over 17 minutes after trying to flag someone down for an additional 10 minutes after we received our veggies to which we requested to cancel but our server brought it out anyways with a to-go box.
Our server apologized by saying the line cooks were backed up with to-go orders but the service in generally was complete garbage. There were several instances where our server could've asked for refills of our drinks including another round of beers or another round of our "bottomless" appetizers. No apologies for anything throughout our whole meal.
I've been a frequent BWW customer in the past at other locations but have never received terrible service or low quality food like this location did. The wings barely had any meat on them and were lukewarm. Our first round of fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were subpar and cold. Appetizers should not take 20 minutes and definitely should not be coming out AFTER the wings. The appetizers seemed to be frozen anyways and did a half-ass job of thawing them out. During our 17 minute wait for the second round of appetizers, our fried pickles came out but they failed to come with the queso chips which shouldn't take that long anyways.
Why offer bottomless appetizers when you're not gonna let us order more than 1 round? It's a total scam for such a low price of $12.99.
Worst Buffalo Wing Wings location I've ever been in my life. There is no bartender. Every server was pouring their own beers. None of the servers were attentive. The parties around us received no food at all within the first 15 to 20 minutes of ordering so it wasn't just a fluke. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. You're better off getting better service at any fast food restaurant at 3 in the morning when there's a line in the drive thru with only one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot the first time Iāve had a bad experience here. But this time tops it. Went in with a party of 4. Told us it was an hour wait even though there were empty tables (I figured they were understaffed & didnāt make much of it). I went to the other room for takeout. There were at least 6 staff behind the desk just there talking. 1 of them took our order, I pay, a second person grabs my receipt and checks it before handing it to me. They tell me it will be 45 minutes. I sit on the couch (because I have a baby in my arms) they have in that room and tell me Iām not allowed to wait inside. We make our way out and wait at the Starbucks adjacent to the restaurant. I check the receipt time. Once itās been 30 minutes since I place my order I walk (3 minutes tops) back to the restaurant. I tell them Iām there to pick up and a guy hands me out bag. I live 5 minutes driving from this place, so I didnāt take that long to get home and open our bag immediately. Just to find the bag all wet from the heat the food had released, the food was cold, the bottom of the boxes with the wings were ripping because they had gotten soggy from the sauce, 2 lemon pepper wins were missing, and 3 of the wings came with feathers. I verified the receipt and compared it with my receipt. Turns out my food had been bagged less than 10 minutes after I had ordered it. I think they bagged an order that had already been ready for a while because those fries were stiff. I called and asked them if I could return them because wings were missing, some had feathers, and it was just plain horrible food and a waste of almost $70 - they...
