I really had to take some time to write this review because wow this is hands down the best Chick-fil-A I have been to. First of all, I come here with my son because he enjoys the playground. We can spend literally hours here and it just feels like a great time to pass the time for bith of us. I am not sure if this is a franchise or corporate owned but there was a man, Andy, there today, and he was beyond attentive. I let him know that my iced coffee was not sweet at all and he said they could fix it or replace it. I wanted him to do what was easiest for them, so they just replaced it and I honestly don't know if it was a mistake of mine to order it with no sweetener but there were no questions asked, and he assured me that they would do whatever made me happy. After that, I ordered fries with my rewards, which were supposed to be free but I am not sure what happened with the app that when I applied the reward and went to redeem when placing my order it told me there was a problem with my payment method, which was weird cuz I had updated it a while ago and hadn't had a problem since but anyways, I went ahead and changed it again and it charged me for the whole thing without the reward and it even took my points. I was thrown off but was not gonna throw a Karen fit for free fries soI just let them know that i was prettyy sure the app had glitched. Andy called a manager to check but nothing showed on my account so, oh well glitches are glitches and the system is the system. I was fine with the answer but sometime later, Andy came back and he asked me if everything was sorted out. I told him they I couldn't see anything but it was fine. He said he was rewarding me anyway and gave me a gift card. I'm not sure if it was 5 or 10 dollars but just the gesture was extremely nice, since i was not asking for anything. Honestly, no fast food restaurants tops chick fila when it comes to staff attitude . The only suggestion I would have is that they should make their iced coffee bigger!!! because I am obsessed with it, or make it refillable even if you charge a little more ;-)....
Read moreThis is the WORST fast food restaurant (Chick-Fil-A) I’ve ever been to as a Door Dash driver. As I approach the curbside there is a sign on a table outside the restaurant letting you know that one of their team members will come to your car and greet you, 25 min later no one comes out. Happen to knock the door, still no answer and to my surprise the door is open. I peek inside only to grab someone’s attention and let them know that not only I, but five other individuals are standing outside waiting to be acknowledged to be brought their orders and this is what I was greeted with. In a shouting tone “ma am get out, you’re NOT allowed inside the store” to which I responded with I’m only here to let you know that I’m here to pick up a Door Dash order, female employee response: “you need to go outside and we will give it to you later”. I’m sorry but I don’t know about the rest of the world that to me is plain RUDE. Chick-Fil-A do yourself a FAVOR and do a much better job at screening and EVALUATING your “STAFF’s” Customer Service skills as they are and ESSENTIAL part of your business and profits. Whether I am a customer or a third party picking up food for someone else, I should have been treated with the some respect as anyone else coming to your establishment. Your “staff” is a representation of who Chick-Fil-A is and by far the restaurant on Market in Monterey Park is the WORST I’ve...
Read moreWhy doesn't chick-fil-a have the drink fountain out in the lobby like in-n-out because i really don't like it when I'm ignored by the employees. Being ignored is worst than the rudeness of the employees. I wait for employees attention and same female and male employees ignored me twice. The same male employee ignored me third time and I have to get his attention. Also the supervisor in red shirt walked by me and also ignored me. Ya, it was dinner time and was busy but it was crazy. There was plenty of employees that if they cared could have easily come over and service me but no one wanted to go above their duties. This is not the first experience at the store. With the technology of the current age, many of the fast food restaurants are turning to automated machines. I like how chick-fil-a still has kept many employees on hand. But if the employees are going to ignore the customers why don't you guys upgrade to the automated machines that I wouldn't have to make complaints or have the drink fountain out in the lobby. If I was able to make review of today's experience chick-fil-a would receive one star because of the last interaction I had before I set out of...
