Read moreFirst, forget about the review which says something was undercooked, a complainer, all someone has to do is ask. Please re-heat this, or cook it a little more, that simple I am Rob . I don't prepare or cook, so, I go to this fine eatery daily, and I have just discovered this place . The Buzz around town- is First Watch, Montgomery PA RT 309 I was there yesterday and today, Saturday, and the place was starting to fill up at 7.30AM. I had arrived at 7 am It is a beautifully designed place. which, visibly, is very good for the mind. The food there, is sort of part of the culture club that makes up the waiters, waitresses, which are a main ingredient of the culture of the First Watch. They, both males and females, all dress with dark pants and dark top shirts, very uniformed, and they are all very nice, I have never been to al place at which the professional wait staff are most friendly and most willing to help, They are very good to me and I leave them a very nice gratuity. They deserve it. I will point out that, again, they make the the First Watch a very have to go spot for breakfast and lunch. Now, before we get to the food, let's get to the fact that I have met several of the staff, and the main manager, and all could not be nicer. Now the food-Specialty breakfast and lunch delicacy items, many are on the menu and I have to tell you, better than most breakfast places. I had the best Avocado toast ever! AA Superfood is the best chia pudding ever, seriously,, along with the other Delicious meals.. Saying hi to Bill, General Manager, Rick and Mike, all quite nice and professional, I urge you to try, and Strongly recommend that you go once. You will go all the time, Give it a chance ...
All of the wait staff are friendly. Recently we’ve had Shaniya and Iris. And they both have remembered what we like. We had a short conversation with the Assistant Manager Becky to explain my seating needs due to my disability. She was very understanding and supportive. This restaurant could definitely use more wait staff, and someone to be at the “host”. To seat clients, and to check them out, if they prefer to do it that way, not by phone. Even in slow times staff, and clientele, can get confused as to who is doing what in the front of the restaurant. Did someone just walk in? Which group of people came in first? Are they wanting to pay, or do they want to be seated? I know there are slow times, when a “host” doesn’t feel proactive, but I’m certain there are small projects that could be given to them. As always the food was very good. I tried the turkey sausage today for the first time, and I’ll definitely be ordering it again. My husband enjoys your Traditional breakfast. Only complaint is that there has been a small bit of cheese mixed into his scrambled eggs. And he doesn’t like cheese. When pointed out to management, Becky, she handled the situation swiftly. I also enjoyed the ricotta pancakes. Tried to get away with only having one of them, but couldn’t. I had to order a second one! Overall it’s always been a pleasant. Experience when...

🌟 Five-Star Experience at First Watch Montgomeryville — Thanks to Becky! 🌟
We walked into First Watch in Montgomeryville expecting a long wait , the place was packed, and it looked like we’d be waiting at least an hour. But thanks to Becky, we were seated in just 15–20 minutes. And honestly, watching her work was part of the experience.
Becky was a powerhouse. She wasn’t just managing the front of house, she was orchestrating the entire restaurant like a seasoned conductor. Seating guests, coordinating with the kitchen, checking in with staff. She did it all with calm, confidence, and a genuine smile. You could tell her team respected her deeply. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and worked together seamlessly.
What impressed me most was how Becky jumped in wherever she was needed. Whether it was helping clear tables, greeting guests, or solving a hiccup behind the scenes, she was always present and proactive. I watched in amazement as she turned what could’ve been a chaotic morning into a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone.
If you’re heading to First Watch in Montgomeryville, I hope you get to see Becky in action. She’s the kind of leader who makes a busy brunch feel...
