Ordered an extremely expensive couch on 1/6/25. As of 3/12 lovesac has not fulfilled the order. Customer service has told me this is happening all across the country. They can sell you a luxury couch but cant get one to you. Do not order recliners. They ship them to you a la cart in 3 shipments...one shipment they simply cant fulfill. They have no idea when and where they are. Update: this sectional does not reach the quality of the price point. I completely regret this purchase. It is NOT worth it. Head to a real furniture store and spend half the money. Lovesac is pretending to be a luxury item with mediocre quality...
Read moreBought a reclining loveseat recently. After 137 days I went to our the store to share my disappointment about the wear and pilling on the fabric. The agent at the customer service desk said “great that you added the extend coverage” She scheduled a service technician visit. He showed up and used a “pilling” tool to make the pulls look better. He had the attitude of LIVE WITH IT. Totally unacceptable to have experienced this type of wear in such a very brief time. I expect to hear from the corporate leadership as to how they will proceed earning our trust...
