Wendy's — Restaurant in Montgomery Township

The food was fine but the service most days especially at night is horrible. the female employees are very rude , nasty attitude , rushing customers with their order assuming they are finished , seems to me they don’t like their job. So why be there to make customers feel wrong of something… when it’s clearly something wrong with the employees … come on Wendy’s please hirer respectable employees so they don’t make customers never want come back again seriously .. that’s how they make customers feel I’m sure with the way they speck to customers. It’s very sad. This women was rushing me with my order when I got to the window I asked her about my order to make sure it was correct she responds back to me with attitude and says that is what you order …. Yes it is what I order but if you did not rush me I would have never had to correctly ask to make sure ....

Hey man, this is the only place near me open on a monday past 11 am, even if it does close at midnight. We were hungry and needed some late night grub and pulled up to the drive thru. Honestly in this day and age a lot of places are closed early cuz of understaffing which wouldve been understandable. We waited at the window for a couple minutes and just as we were going to ask if anyone was there a fella asked for my order. I could tell he was very tired but he still mustered up a smile and all our food was correct so i cant complain at all. Ive also been here a couple of other times and never had any mishaps. The last time i went there you could tell the woman who took our order and handed us our food was really good at her job and took pride in it. I travel miles out of my way to come to this Wendy's. The ones closer to my home have rude employees, and the food is always OLD and gross. I worked at a fast food place for 5 years, I know how it works. Lazy workers don't keep the food fresh and it sits in the warming trays for literal hours. This Wendy's is different. I've been here about ten times now and our food is always fresh, hot, and quick. The employees are outstanding too, specifically the really tall African-American gentleman who I believe is a manager. He is very gregarious and extremely polite. I bring my daughter here and he is incredibly kind to her. I hope this guy reads this. I realize fast food jobs are not glamorous but I'd like to thank this man for being so good at his job and being so nice. Everyone who works in fast food could learn a thing or two from this man.
