If I could give zero stars, I would. After months of looking at numerous stores, we purchased a set of kitchen table and chairs from this store. We were told we would receive a call within 72 hours to set up the delivery. When we did not get the call, I called the store, which then gave me a phone # to reach out to. I called, gave them my information & they proceeded to tell me that they called 3 days prior but could not reach me. I said that it is impossible, as my iPhone had no missed calls or voicemails pertaining to the delivery. The rep argued with me, and I finally said that I am not continuing this. Please schedule this delivery. I set it up, took time off, and the furniture was delivered and set up in the heat by 2 men. I gave them both bottles of water and tipped them both. As my wife was looking the furniture over, she noticed a chip on the top of the table. I had to run back out to the truck and stop the guys as they were loading the boxes on the truck. When we told them about the damage, they said we have 2 options: disassemble the table and take everything back, and see how long a replacement might take, not knowing how long it might be, or keep it, and the company would have a repairman come out to fix it. Knowing that it took months to find a table that fit our space and that we liked, we kept it and contacted the store. I have to arrange another day to work from home and set up the repair. I called, set it up, and a guy came out and did the repair several days later. The repair was slightly off color, but at this point, we were the ones aware of it. At this point, I already had to pay the minimum balance on my credit card, so I did. I contacted the store, waiting to speak to the manager, because I thought that it was only fair to request a discount as I paid for a new table not a repaired one, & to offset the finance charges, as I did not pay the furniture off. I did not receive a call back. I called back again a couple of days later, and I was told that the manager was busy with a customer but would call me back. That did Not happen, so I called back several days later, and when I asked for the manager, I was told that she was also the manager from another store. I had to explain the entire story situation again to her. She said that she was emailing the store manager as well as the delivery company, requesting that I either get a discount to offset my credit card finance charges and for all the time and calls, OR a replacement table (not my preference at this time, as I already took too much time with this). Well, not one manager called me back. Neither Ashley Corporate nor the store managers care about customer service, JUST GETTING THE SALE. Never again will I purchase from Ashley.    Read moreEntered this location and literally spent 3 hours in the store picking out just what we wanted in the right size and color (couches). The initial customer service was pretty good however when they delivered what we ordered it was completely the wrong color. We ordered charcoal grey (almost black) and received light grey. We notified the store and then I received a call from a man named Wade saying the lighting may have been off in the showroom almost insinuating we were color blind instead of the couches being 2 totally different colors. Not even close in color. Come to find out we told them the couch we wanted which was the same exact couch and color we sat on in the actual store/showroom and they ordered the wrong color to then tell us it was our fault for not checking the details on the receipt were correct. We are not knowledgeable of what they call the colors of their couches. When you tell them what you want it is their responsibility to make sure the details are correct. When I told Wade I did not appreciate him insulting my intelligence that the colors were almost the same maybe just slightly different he said well we can schedule to have them picked up right now. As if he was not interested in correcting their mistake nor apologizing for it. He kept cutting me off when i was speaking and he was very rude. Then we got a phone call a week later saying our couches were in stock and ready for delivery. We thought they were the original color we ordered. However when asking them to read the color details on the order it was the same color they already delivered. So they tried to deliver us 2 sets of couches of the wrong color 2 different times. Should have kept the 2nd delivery for free however I am not a dishonest person. Not all staff but Wade at this location should not be working in customer service!!    Read moreDO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY! They SCAM you with their pricing! I recently furnished a room with pieces from this store. The person I dealt with was fine. However, the delivery company delivered the wrong chairs. I then had to go back in person to get a refund on my chairs. I was told by the store manager that the chairs I paid for were not the right chairs I had picked out and that they were hundreds of dollars more. I said that I could not afford the price difference and instead would like a refund. I was rudely told by this manager that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee if I wanted to cancel the order, which is a complete scam and predatory on their part. I said they should do the right thing and honor the pricing of the chairs I paid for⌠I then pulled up the price of the chairs online, which were the same SKU, and significantly less and he told me that itâs because they donât include delivery and, âhave no affiliation with their online store.â This literally sounds like a scam. He then told me, âIf you ordered a brand new car and it showed up to the dealership and it was the wrong car, they wouldnât just give you the car because they made a mistake.â I replied, âFine, but they wouldnât charge me 15% as a result of THEIR MISTAKE!â I cannot believe how terrible their customer service is. They ended up bringing down the price a bit on the chairs. However, I still had to pay more money out of pocket just to receive the chairs I had originally ordered. I also had to take off work again for their 8 hour delivery window. I will tell every person I know to avoid this...
