Decided to stop here on a whim. Opted not to go to Publix or somewhere else and come here for 'fresher' ice cream and great service.... Complete disappointment. Originally ordered Cherry Vanilla and requested chocolate chip topping. Was told they did not have chocolate chips. But I saw two varieties on the board with chocolate chips. I would think that this is a rather common add on topping... So I subtract that and move forward to window. After giving ALEXIS my card she returns with it, the Dino side cookie and my receipt, however she had all 3 items together and my card was dropped on the ground in the filthy sticky area underneath the window. She says 'sorry' and turns around quickly and disappears never to return. Now I am left having to move my car so that I can open the door wide enough to pick up the now quite nasty debit card she showed absolutely no concern about how I would retrieve. Also no thought as to whether I am even ABLE as I could have easily been a mobility impaired person who could have had a tremendous difficulty reaching awkwardly out of the car to pick up a slim debit card. As it was I had to actually GET OUT of my vehicle to walk over to the window to retrieve it. By then a new associate is there in the window holding my ice cream who apologizes for the incident even though she did nothing wrong. Upon leaving and taking my first bite I get one half of a cherry. Further bites, no cherry. Upon completion of my small cup of VANILLA CHERRY ICE CREAM I get a grand total of 1.5 cherries. This is by far the most disappointing and disgusting experience I have had at an ice cream place in ever. As a truck driver, I travel all over the country, so I am exposed to much. This location was a failure in product and customer relations. No plans of...
Read moreTonight was the worst experience at a Bruster's I've ever had. When I got to the intercom I start to place an order for some type of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles but the person on the intercom told me to pull up to the window. I pull up to the window and I hear an employee yelling about something. I ignore it for about 3 minutes then look in the window to see what was going on. One of the employees came to the window. He asks me what I wanted and I ask for a menu. The employee says it was back at intercom screen. I ignore that and ask for chocolate ice cream in a cup. He asks if I wanted it in a waffle cup. I say yes. He says that they ran out 🤦🏾♂️. I ask for a regular cup and he shows me a small. I then ask him if he can mix M&Ms in the ice cream. He tells me I have to pay for it before he can make it. I ask again if he can do it and he repeats. After that I realize how this is going to turn out if he makes the ice cream and decide to leave and go home to a girlfriend that bothered me about this ice cream for about an hour.
Also, I'm not against anyone that wears gold teeth and gold chains. I do believe in having a professional look while at work. With that said, this Bruster's doesn't seem to be worried about...
Read moreIt was just ok. The cashier handed me my cone in an awkward position which caused me to drop the cone after grabbing it from her and luckily it fell on my car door handle...no prob I picked up the cone quickly and looked at her she was maybe having a first day, idk but i asked for napkins and she then gave me 2 napkins at the same time while giving me what was supposed to be my daughter's cone. However it was a cup, I reached for the napkins first to wipe away my mess and reminded her as I start to grab the cup that I order a cone not a bowl. But she shoved the cup out at me anyways, then Said oh yeah you did order a cone. She tried to hand me the cone out the window.... I looked at the cone and then gave her back the bowl and told the cashier you should fix it. She just literally sat the cone on top of the bowl. And shoved it out the window.
Now this experience was highly disappointing I have had much better experiences in the past at this ice cream shop. Gives me much to think about...
