I am a captain d's fan, but as of last night I'm going to have to start going across town to get the food, service and atmosphere that I should have gotten last night at this particular one. First of all they got my order wrong, but that was no big deal. However, in standing once my order was placed I noticed that there was an employee yelling from the kitchen to another employee in the front. It was as if they were arguing and with customers in the restaurant, very unprofessional. Also I noticed an employee in the kitchen pick up their phone with gloves on, make a phone call and proceeded to hold a conversation with someone while making food. By the way they did not change gloves, talk about cross contamination. The level of professionalism was so bad that another employee had their phone up front in clear view of the customers. Where was the manager while all of this was going on, I do not know but it seemed like it didn't matter all that much, because it continued until I left. Last but not least, I waited for over 20 minutes to get my food, where there were several people that came in after me but got their food before me. Read moreAfter waiting in line for over twenty minutes to order our food, we were told to “wait” once again. After waiting an additional five minutes I blew my horn. The so-called General Manager come out the back door asking me “did I blow the horn” I answered yes and he made an aggressive and nasty gesture for me “to leave”. I told him that I have been waiting for over twenty minutes and I wasn’t just going to “pull off” after waiting so long and asked him repeatedly for his name which he refused to give me. His explanation was there was only 2 people working. And that I must “leave” in an aggressive manner and began to curse at me and my family. If not for the persistence of my wife I would have addressed his foul behavior in kind. Needless to say I Shall Not return to this location. How can You Operate a restaurant with only two employees. If this is the quality of a “manager” or “General Manager” then this should be brought to the attention of The Regional Manager. Read moreUPDATE: Within 24 hours I received a phone call from the district manager, Laticia, explaining that there were some issues the night we were there that she is actively working to resolve. She was deeply apologetic and offered my husband and I a complementary meal. She showed real, true professionalism and understanding. She very much cares for her customers and providing a more than satisfactory experience. Updating my rating to 5 stars because I could not have asked for a better response. Thank you Laticia!
We went through the drive through with two simple orders. We sat in line for 45 minutes. We finally had to leave without food to make it to an appointment. This is the second time we have had to leave without our food at the drive through because of excessive wait times.
