So on Sunday the 20th of August I walked into this Captain D'S to get myself some food and I was surprised to see the cashier serving this young man with no shirt on in a food establishment she even had some issues cashing out his order and she called the manager who came and took care of the transaction and she too didn't have a problem with this. I guess something must be wrong with me and a few other customers who all had disgusting look on their faces. CAPTAIN D'S AT 949 W SOUTH BLVD MONTGOMERY ALABAMA YOU SHOULD NOT BE SERVING ANYONE WITH NO SHIRT ON IN YOUR RESTAURANT PLEASE DO BETTER AND RESPECT YOURSELVES AND YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Ordered my food through doordash. Less than 5 minutes after I get the alert that my food was picked up they arrive at my door. They forgot my corn on the cob which I had really wanted. The food was almost just room temperature for it to just been picked up 5 minutes prior. In spite of this the food was good. I will have to order from them again to give them the full 5 stars. I'm just in my feelings about temp and not having my corn on the cob lol

I stopped by Captain D's to grab some dinner I repeated my order to the lady at the window several times and yet my green beans were missing and my hushpuppies were missing and I realize I should have checked it but I was in a hurry to get home and for some reason they have issues listening to their customers every time we order dinner

I arrived at the Captain D’s on the West South Blvd in Montgomery at 10:30 AM, there was a car in the drive thru already. The car ahead of me pulled off and I pulled up. I waited for 5 minutes and repeatedly said “hello” then finally drove to the front and attempted to open the door but it was locked. I knocked on the window and know I saw an employee hurriedly walk to the back. I continued to wait and no one ever came to unlock the door. During this time I witnessed 2 more cars pull up and leave the drive thru. I went around to the drive thru once more and finally decided to leave at 10:47 AM. As I was pulling around the front again I saw an elderly couple knocking on the drive thru window. This is absolutely unacceptable...

My expectations were on the floor and this Captain D’s managed to find the basement. Took so long to order that the dude behind me literally got out of his car and walked up to the window. Lady in the drive thru told me I could add a drink for $1.99 and then charged me $3.39. She literally made no mention of the insanely long wait and offered literally no apology whatsoever. Literally paid almost $20 for some rubbery shrimp, a potato that tasted like they’d dropped it on the floor, and the teensiest serving of broccoli I’ve ever seen. The only good thing in my meal was the bread and honestly I’m surprised they didn’t mess it up. Honestly I see this place having the same fate as the Burger...

They were out of sweet tea ( because they were too busy with only 3 cars total in the whole place) to make more. Then we get to the window and ask for honey mustard and they are out of that. We ask just to get our money back because honestly sweet tea and the honey mustard is why we come to Captain Ds. The lady slams the window and says can someone make some honey mustard I don’t have time for a refund. Then they hand us our food with 2 containers that were 1/4 of the way full of honey mustard for 2 people to use. We ask for more than that and she says we don’t have any more and then hands us one more and says now that’s all we have and...
