The staff was ok and food ok the biggest issue I have is when chucky comes out it’s in the front by the door in a small corner and all different ages piled in there together. Something needs to be done about that and when the free tickets are thrown out and all kids try and get them together the younger ones are trampled on and hurt and none of the staff or chucky or really any of the parents for that matter tried to calm it down any. I watched my 6 yrs old be brave the 2nd time chucky came out and wanted to get closer and maybe get a few tickets....horrible idea. My 6 year old was taken under by the older kids and I literally had to get the middle of that raging mess and pull her up by one arm bc some kid who had his feet in the air was repeatedly kicking her in her face and she was screaming and now the entire right side of her face is bruised and swollen. She now hates Chuck E. Cheese and never wants to go again so thanks to this location and this being her first time ever going to a chuck e cheese she never wants to go again. Y’all need to separate the age groups or something or throw a few tickets out for ages 3-6 and let them do it and the 7-9 yr olds and let them get some and then 10-12 year olds bc my daughters face should not look like it does bc the older kids were allowed to trampled all over the smaller ones. I didn’t sign a waiver saying hey if my kid gets pambled up here I won’t suit but that is how angry I was and still am today the day after all of this happened. Thankfully my husband said no let’s just find another one and see if she will like it bc this place is completely unacceptable and the staff did not care if the smaller ones got trampled on or not. They just did the bare minimum. Half of the games were messed up or out of tickets and only 2 of the 5 ticket counters were working. This place honestly doesn’t deserve 1 start but to write a review I had to give a star rating. Never going back to this horrible place again. I’m surprised no one has sued this place especially this location yet. After my daughters face being so messed up I hope and pray no one else’s child has to be troutmented and trampled on like my daughter was their first time there and that something is done to help the smaller ones have a better...

My kiddo had a blast here. I hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was about 10 and I'm 38. It is soooo different in a lot of ways, but in the good ways it is the same. I took my 3-year-old here for the first time and watching him walk in with a look of awe on his face was priceless. He started making a beeline to the activities before we could even check in he was so excited. I cluelessly was looking for tickets but they told me everything was updated to a card, which is perfect for these new millennium babies because he as a3-year-old knows about card swiping. He felt so independent running around with his card and activating games. When it came to collecting prizes was equally excited. I absolutely recommend this place for a party, a quick something to do, or a date day which was also happening with these two 20 somethings that came in behind us. The atmosphere is perfect for anything and this location with its attentive and helpful employees was perfect. I interacted with all of them that day and they were equally great. I can't wait to take my kiddo...

I have not visited a Chuck E Cheese in about 18 years, and the last time I visited, it was at the old location. Boy was I happy to see all of the exciting changes!!!

The entire place was immaculate, even the restroom, and I was floored by all the really amazing games that were updated and simple to use. The manger, Grey, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure that the little boy I had with me enjoyed his time there. And I really have to give a kudos to the young man named Perrel who worked the floor. He was kind, had a lot of energy, and was enthusiastic about reaching out to the kids on the floor.

We were able purchase a block of two hours of unlimited play, and we received 500 e-points for downloading the app. We had so much fun racking up points, and we really appreciated the great selection of prizes at the end.

This is definitely a place worth visiting with your family! There is plenty to do, great food, and excellent customer service. I will definitely be stopping by again! Thank you, Grey and Perrel, for showing us a...

We had a very small get together for my youngest's birthday. Came early and I guess most the staff wasn't there yet so we just stood at the entrance for a bit. The staff was helpful albeit begrudgingly. I can't say any of them enjoyed being there. They got my pizza order wrong and it was only after we started eating that I realized that their "correction" of the issue included downsizing the XL I ordered to a L. Had to swim to the drink machines as something was wrong but no worries, there was a wet floor sign in the giant puddle. Games would be great if they all worked. Same with the ticket machine. Prizes are only fun for the kids if you earn them at least 500 tickets. All in all the kids still had fun. We were there maybe 2.5 hours and Chuckie made a single low energy appearance to take photos. Just not the Cheese I remember from my childhood. A couple pizzas and some sodas and 70 minutes of games for 2 kids ran me over $150. 3 stars is ok though. The experience was ok just room for improvement

I've been going here since it was called Show Biz🥰 There's definitely been some upgrades. The fresh salad bar is my favorite! They have cards that you can load with Play Time or Credits. I paid $4.00 cash and that gave me 13 credits. My youngest daughter has Asperger's Syndrome, which is on the Autism Spectrum and this location has Sensory Sundays on the first Sunday of every month. They open 2 hours earlier for those with Special Needs: lower lighting, less showings of Chuck E Cheese, (if any showing at all), less noise (music if turned down or off, etc). This is also a great opportunity to meet other parents/guardians of children with disabilities 💚🧩 They also kept it clean in the play area, the salad bar and most importantly, the restrooms (can only speak for the Ladies'). The staff seemed OK.

We had the best time! We went to celebrate our kids birthday on Tuesday night at 7:00. The pizza was delicious and the cake was too! All the employees were so friendly and very helpful. The games were all in great working order and we all enjoyed the 1 hour cards. The entire place, including the bathrooms , was extremely clean! I highly recommend this Chuck E Cheese!
