I placed an order online before I pulled into lot for pick up through drive through. It took 4 minutes for Anyone to acknowledge that I was at drive thru through speaker. A guy spoke and I could not even hear him clearly at all so a female came through and told me that he said that I needed to come in to get my order even though it was ordered and bought and paid for already through their App and scheduled for a pick up through the drive-through and it said it would be ready within four minutes, which it was absolutely not. Once I got inside, no one acknowledged me at the counter for another 3 Minutes at least. Finally, the manager walked my drink over to the counter and set it down abruptly and said “that’s your drink” and then walked away. Then, after another 3 minutes, he said arrogantly, “waiting on your tots” and looked at me and rolled his eyes, It appeared. While I was standing there, a gentleman walked in that was a customer, and Manager looked over me as to say you can move now, and asked the other gentleman immediately for his order. It was almost as if he were trying to be intentionally be disrespectful to me. Finally, my order was ready, and I watched the Manager bag my order as slowly as he possibly could With an attitude on his face. For what reason, he acted like this, I have no clue. I don’t know if it was a prejudice thing because I was white and he was black or what the reason was, because there were no bad words exchanged between him and I. I have no clue why he made me get out of my car and come into the restaurant to pick up my food that was already bought and paid for through the app for pick up Within four minutes, and it was not. When he brought my bag of food to the counter finally, he just set it down and I said thank you, and he said almost with another attitude, “no problem.” Not a thank you, not a comeback, nothing! The cook-guy that prepared my food did a great job because the food was good, but the attitude that I received from the MANAGER Tells me that I will never be going back to that Krystal, again. He ruined the entire experience for me. I don’t know what it is about Krystal hiring disrespectful people, but I see why their parking lot is always empty now. The only thing that this Krystal has going for it, is it’s busy location. It’s definitely not the atmosphere or the employees that bring you back. Obviously it’s just the opposite. They won’t be getting any more of my money that’s for sure and I won’t be wasting any more of my precious time sitting there waiting for a disrespectful punk to finally wait on me and then give me attitude. Let me also mention that the restaurant was completely filthy. The floors don’t look like they had been cleaned or mopped or even swept in months. Next, My Order Was Completely Wrong, I Asked For A Number 6, Which Was The Sampler, You Get A Corn Pup, A Chili Cheese Pup, And A Regular Pup, But Not Me, The Girl Said That I Asked For All Chili Cheese Pups, Which I Didn't, And When I Took The Food Back Inside To Get It Changed, The Girl Looked At Me As If I Said Something Wrong, And She Pop Her Mouth, And Said," Well I'll Change It After I Get These Orders Out", And The Manager Just Looked At Me Too, And I Was Not Waiting Till She Got Any Orders Out, Cause She Already Had Us Waiting On The Side For This Order, Along With A Guy In The Line, One Car In Front Of Him Was Already Waiting And We Had 4 Cars On The Side With Us Waiting, And They Had 3 Other Cars That Haven't Even Placed Their Orders Yet And One More Car At The Front Parking Lot Waiting, And At The Point Of Looking At Her Face And The Managers Face As Well, I Didn't Want My Food To Become A Statistic For My Benefit And Get Me A SPECIAL SURPRISE Inside, So I Told Her Nevermind, I'll Just Keep What I Got. I get there and there's only one car in front of me that lot has a few cars in it like it's just staff there's no customers inside so I get to the the order board I wait to get from the server . She s says with an attitude" Go with your order". I brush it off and politely stated my order. Now I'm sitting there for 2 minutes waiting for the server to tell me my order the price..... I'm waiting 3 minutes. By that time the car in front got their order and left. So I wait about another minute or so before I pull up to the window thinking maybe the mic went out something. When I get there a young lady with about 3ft of weave or wig with 2.5 " nails tells me with a smirk in her face " You gotta go back round and do your order again" Then slams the window . Now I'm va little boissed off. I am a paying customer who does not deserve to be treated with disrespect. Spoken to as if I am some common street thug.. The problem in Montgomery is Black people treat other Black people less than trash and expect to be put on a throne. The customer service was shotty at best .
