Omg where do I even begin to start with their bridal dress try on experience…IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE! Kerri is absolutely amazing! Could not have asked for a better experience as a first time bride. Kerri’s customer service was exceptional! She was patient, listened to what I wanted and helped me to stay within budget. It felt so special having the entire boutique to myself with my “I do crew”. The music was wonderful, the decor, the entire vibe is 10/10! This is how you set yourself apart from traditional bridal places like David’s Bridal. I’m so glad I did not go there first and checked out this After Five first! Needless to say, I fell in love with my dress so of course I said yes! And canceled my DB dress try on immediately lol! Kerri made my session exceptional from the time she greeted me at the door until the time I left the store. This is the absolute worse place to get a bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen suits. I have a total of 8 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen and every last one of their sizes was wrong. We paid in October and 2 of my girls haven’t received their dresses yet! You call and the owner barely answer the phone. Was told two different times for the remainder of the items to be received and we still haven’t received them yet! I wouldn’t recommend them.
