Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Montgomery

5/2018 ⭐⭐⭐ On this day I chose to use the drive-thru window. Found it a little difficult to hear as the lady who was taking my order repeat it my order back to me. I chose to get the children's cheeseburger meal with ice cream in a cup to go. Asking for a cheeseburger to be without pickles or onions ketchup and mustard only typically means I will get a fresh made Burger. Only thing about this burger being made fresh was that the cheese was not melted when I got the burger from the burger not being hot enough. Fry's to me or not good to go anyway but they weren't the best coming straight out of the drive-thru either. As expected the soft serve ice cream was delicious and I'm sure was Locale hahaha. This is one of the convenient Dairy Queens in my location in Montgomery to use and have been doing here for the time since it's been opened. Typically the only issues I've ever had have been occasional attitude of person taking my order, waiting in line, and when they changed the chicken fingers a few years back was very content with chicken fingers that they had been using versus the ones that they changed to(due to matching with every DQ cal. Count) like really who goes to Dairy Queen for a healthy meal! Personally I never have going to Dairy Queen but to get something to eat but mainly for the ice cream used to be for the chicken fingers but not currently they had the best chicken fingers around until they changed. All in all the store typically writes with me between a ⭐five star and a ⭐three-star it just depends on the staff that zone at the time that I visit. However there is an older lady that works there that is so outgoing friendly and just makes my day...

Spent $50+. The bags were made of very thin paper that could possibly hold 3 items the most. Instead, they filled it with 4 chili cheese dogs and a large order of tenders with onion rings. Needless to say, after I received it, the bag ripped completely open, and all the food items ended up all over me and the car. I asked for replacements, and she asked her manager and/or owner. The owner agreed to remake the spilled food but didn't replace the peach cobbler and the cotton candy blizzards. I returned the dirty food to the manager. The blizzards melted while I waited for the food remake. By the time I reached my destination, the blizzards had melted on my passenger seat. My newly washed/cleaned...

Up until recently this was a good location, but the last two trips have been really bad. The last time my wife and I ordered blizzards, and neither one was close to being right. She ordered a medium and I ordered a large and they both came out in the same size. They got that corrected and then we noticed neither one was what we ordered. The counter girl argued with us that it was right but changed it anyway, but although it wasn't right, it was different. Today we tried again with similar results. My wife ordered a chocolate blast blizzard, and what she got had no chocolate at all. I ordered a french vanilla shake and got some kind of blizzard with chocolate and cookie pieces. We just...
