Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Montgomery

Today was the worst experience I ever had in this pizza place. Not only did I have to call 4 times in order to place my takeout order. When I arrived my mother went inside to get the pizza and about 10-15 min she came out to tell me they did not have a record of my order. Because I knew that I did place it I went in myself. While I waited in line for my turn, the girl that was the cashier for the night was already making mistakes for a customer in front of me so that did not set the bar high. When it was my turn I told her that I placed this order 25-30 min ago and spoke to a young man on the phone. She said my name was not in the system so obviously I must not have placed it. Luckily for me the manager was there and asked the girl did she check to see. And amazingly when she did that it was there waitng for me. If she would have double checked in the first place when my mom went in this could have all been avoided. But no because it wasnt in the system that means they dont have it. Thank goodness the manager was there or they would have missed...

“Atlanta hwy location” Ok last night was the worst! Outside of me ordering online so I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there was a total waste. I ordered two deep dish pizzas for $8 each. I get there my name is on the screen but my pizza wasn’t in the slot. So I sit and wait. A few mins later after feeling really uncomfortable because the staff was engaging into a conversation using not so friendly words with another customer a lady walks out and ask me did I have an online order?! Yes! Asked my name and she said your pizza is ready. I said well my slot is empty! 🤷🏽‍♀️ She then laughs and yell to another worker in the back that they put my order in the wrong spot. Ok cool, now my son and I can leave. I get home too two overcooked pizzas! That was it. I will not visit this location for more then one reason! I always go on McGhee and they’re staff, store, & food is always cooked more.. This location need better management.. I mean they don’t want to eat almost burnt over cooked pizza so...

I ordered off Uber eats. I ordered the stuff crust pepperoni combo with sauce and ordered five ranches. The order arrived and the pizza wasn’t fresh, the crazy bread bag wasn’t fully secured and all but one ranch even though I paid. What really angered me is that the Uber eats driver told them I had multiple sauce and they refused to give it to him. I tried to call, of course no one would answer the phone. I then had to drive across town (I’m not from here) and when I arrived at the restaurant at approx 920pm, the doors are locked as if they’re closed. I informed them I wanted a refund for not giving me my full order and the fact I had to drive here.
