We ordered delivery last night 1.1.25 and it took them well over an hour to get it to the house. When tracking the driver (as the app allows you to do), it showed him at the same location for 30 minutes, which was an apartment complex. We kept waiting to see when he was going to leave that location and after waiting the 30 minutes we decided to call the store and ask what was going on. When calling the store a lady had answered. âDominos, what can I get for youâ (in a very annoyed voice). âHey, we placed an order over an hour ago for delivery and when tracking itâ (interrupted) âI only have one driver tonightâ (basically yelling at us) and hangs up on us. I get being overwhelmed and having a busy night but that in no way justifies being disrespectful, rude, and having bad customer service. We are very understanding of having a busy night and were very nice with the 5 words we could get out. The delivery driver finally came about 20 minutes later, forgetting/leaving out part of our order. Over the past two years Iâve lived here, they started off as well as any dominoâs restaurant. After about 6 months it started to go downhill fast. From bad cut pizza, toppings (sauce and all) slid to one side as if it were dropped on its side in the box, to being almost impossible to get someone on the phone. Things have not gotten better, Iâm not one to complain but this place is awful. The driver Iâve gotten the last two deliveries was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude that made me want to do more than just complainâŠafter finally getting someone at the store I wasnât allowed to speak to a manager and the excuse for the long hold was âi donât know man, sometimes they just donât wanna answer the phonesâ. Then I asked them to cancel the wings cause they had no replacement, but one of employees said he refund all the amount and I need to pay another 15 more dollars for the rest of the order. I asked them to give me a refund ticket first, but the female employee just directly taken away the rest of the order in front of me and cancelled my order in very bad attitude, also asking me to leave!
