Taco Bell — Restaurant in Montgomery

The food was good but I ordered an iced coffee and it was absolutely disgusting. Every place I've been to that serves iced coffee puts liquid sugar in the coffee. Even the other Taco Bell down the street. When I received it, it was in a cup made for the slushee drinks and I couldn't pop the top off of it to add sugar myself because it was filled to the top. It seems like they used hot coffee and put creamer and ice in it and that was it. When I told my co-worker about it, she said that she spoke with the manager in the past and the manager said they had to go to the gas station to get coffee cause they ran out one day. If you run out of coffee at a massive chain restaurant, shouldn't you just tell people that you are out of coffee until another order of coffee comes with all the rest of the food you ordered for your restaurant instead of buying cheap coffee that is most likely not the same as what gets sent to you? Will never buy coffee from...

I placed my order and was supposed to get a Pepsi when I got to the window there was a Baja blast the lady was trying to give to me and when I told her that it wasn't mine she said that they were out of every other drink and proceeded to try and give it to me and then had an attitude telling me that she knew what drink I told her I wanted at the speaker and she took my order other staff members proceeded to laugh while the young lady continued with her attitude, so I just told her I didn't want the drink at all, I don't know why she just didn't inform me while I was placing my order that the drink that I was wanting they were out instead of catching an attitude at the window when I refused the drink that I didn't order that she was trying to give me... Look...😐....So I’m a real simple guy. When I pull up to a fast food place...I really don’t expect for the service to be great or spot on...especially at a Taco Bell...but THIS ONE!? Man...bruh...man...this is my new Taco Bell to go to...I get like two Chalupas with with extra meat and just cheese. A nacho bell grande with just meat and cheese....😐....EXTRA MEAT AND 🧀!! and when I get my order I’m like the happiest, hungriest person ever!
