This location customer service is bare minimum, unprofessional, and need to improve their hospitality skills. I arrived at 1:29 p.m. and a hand written note was posted on the front lobby door stating the lobby is closed, please use the drive-thru. It took myself and another potential customer pulling on the door an distinguishing the disfigured letters in order to help a elderly female understand what the posting stated. The drive- thru line was slowly moving around the perimeter of the parking lot. I reluctantly entered the corral of waiting cars and became the 12th automobile in line ,we inched slowly to the drive-thru intercom and by 2:12, I wasn't any closer to placing an order. I lost the enthusiasm to wait any longer. I left to run my errands and decided to go back later . I arrived back to Krispy Kreme at 10:22 pm thinking the crowd would have decreased; however I was certainly wrong. I waited in line patiently only to reach the intercom at 11:02 pm and be told " sorry we close at 11". 🤨There were 2 cars ahead of mines and 4 cars behind me ,that did not recieve any service although we were in the line before closing time. I became frustrated and impatient because the drive-thru have concrete boundaries that prevents a car from leaving the line.😤 Need less to say 7 cars had to wait an additional 12 minutes on the person at the window to receive their 3 boxes of DOUGHNUTS before we could leave the establishment. 😡Tempers were flaring and we created music with our horns to display our displeasure. 💢 Management it would be helpful if someone would post cones at the entrance at 11 pm so there will not be a line of cars waiting to order ,only to leave empty handed. Hire individuals with hospitality experience ,who can speak properly ,greet customers with gratitude and identify the parking lot with markers ,so customers can be fully aware of the direction we should travel. Don't let the individual who has the worst penmanship write a sloppy letter with misspelled words post it on the front door. The next Krispy Kreme location is miles away in Prattville , so upgrade, revamp closing procedures to keep your returning customers happy or we will start spending our...
Read moreOrdered specialty dozen on Valentines Day online. When I showed up at 6:45 am to pick up my pre-ordered doughnuts, the line was unbelievably chaotic with no directional assistance. After waiting for 45 minutes in the carline, I decided to go to the door which was locked. Through the window you could see a table with about a dozen orders waiting to be picked up, but nobody was performing that duty. After waiting in drizzling rain with several other pre-ordered patrons, for nearly 30 minutes, a man unlocked the door asking for last names. The others were called however mine was not. The man invited me in finally, and went to the office to look for my order. Now with the help of another staff person. No order. After waiting another 25-30 minutes, he asks if I had my order number. Well see, I do however it’s in my phone and my phone fell between the seats in my father in laws car and I can’t retrieve it but I confirmed that it is paid for and in my email if I could possibly check it. “No receipt no doughnuts“, he stated. Needless to say, I’m ready to abandon this Valentines surprise gesture, because my sleeping husband is most likely very awake by now with a wife that’s MIA. I explained my phone had fallen in between seats and I lived 20 minutes away but if could just get on my email I’d confirm this purchase. He told me he’d have plenty when I returned. SO I DROVE BACK HOME PRINTED MY RECEIPT AND DROVE BACK. Pushing my way through the now 10am rush, I waited 15 more minutes to finally be given this doughnuts. Btw, it is printed on the receipt “no need to provide this order number”.
I am completely disappointed in the way this business handled my situation. I would not recommend this particular location because this is not my first problem there. Doughnuts were great and husband was happy but I was stressed and inconvenienced to say the least. He should’ve offered a gift card. I asked for a coffee and he reluctantly gave me that, without cream or sugar. Not...
Read moreWorst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Waited in line for over 40 minutes to pick up an online order that I placed at 9 am to pick up at 5 pm. Finally get to the window and the girl says she doesn’t have the order like I should just drive off. Like I hadn’t already paid $49. I show them the confirmation. No I’m sorry nothing. Finally another 10 minutes goes by and a lady says they don’t have anymore of the valentines donuts.(weird considering my order should have already been put together) again no apology or anything. I told her just to refund that part and I still wanted the 2 dozen regular ones. Takes her forever to come back and she comes back and says the manager says it’s back on my card. I then said I still wanted the regular 2 dozen. She said I know and proceeded to just stare at me. Then shuts the window. The manager comes up and says what did you want. I said I still want the two dozen. So he says, “well you have to pay for it!” Like obviously. But again no apology not one time. It takes two seconds to act like you care. If I didn’t need the two dozen for my daughters class I would never have given them my business and I assure you I never will again and I will make sure everyone I know knows how horrible the...
