Subway — Restaurant in Montgomery

I work at a hospital near this Subway and got off work at 10. I checked the internet and confirmed that they closed at 10:30. When I pulled up at 10:15, all of the lights were off inside but I could see people inside, so I walked up to the door and it was unlocked. When I walked in, a woman asked me “What You Want?” Just as it is typed. I told her I wanted a Cold Cut Combo, and she proceeded to give me attitude, and wheeled a cart out in front of me with all of the ingredients on it. She said she’d have to pull out specifically what I wanted on my sandwich and nothing else. She then asked me again, with attitude, “What You Want?”. So, I told her I didn’t want to inconvenience her. I’d just go to another Subway. I asked her where the nearest one was that was open. She then replied to me with the phrase, “OK Bye!” This Subway is a business that is intended to serve customers. I understand that not all customers are perfect, and some might be downright difficult and rude. But, nonetheless, this is a business, and I was a customer, and when you have customers with jobs that work strange shifts and said customers want to go by a business in just the right time to buy one sandwich, it’s a very comforting notion for that customer to know that it won’t be an inconvenience to purchase a sandwich when said business does not technically close until 10:30 and they arrive 15 minutes before that time arrives. I understand that they’re day may have been tiresome, I get that. But I don’t get to leave early from my job, because people need me. A Subway should not close 15 minutes or more early just because they assume no customer will be coming that late. That...is simply...

Hi. While I enjoy an occasional 6 inch Subway Club with roast beef, ham ,& turkey with a variety of your typical toppings.... Provolone cheese,Tomato, lettuce, Pickle, Spinach & cucumber. While I only purchased the 6 inch club the total was close to $9.00 at $8.76. The price was overly expensive the sandwich was more like 4 ½ inches for that price should have included a small bag of chips. I will definitely check the website for meal of the day. A few more dollars I couldn't have had an Olive Garden Salad & small serving of lasagna. The sandwich was very good, but too expense. I will definitely use a coupon! I pulled into Carter Hill subway at 9:15pm on Friday, June 18th. The open light was still on. I was very relieved, because all I wanted was to pick up a sandwich after work and to go home. When I walked up to the door, it was locked. So I knocked on the door. A gentlemen working that evening denied me service and said they were closed. However he kept the open sign on and the lights on because he knew they were still suppose to be open.
