Awful service. went through the drive through, because dining room was closed at 5:30 pm on a Saturday! ordered a single classic meal. forgot to order a Frosty to go with it. Got to the pickup window. told them I would like to add a Frosty to my order. She told me “They didn’t take add on’s at the window, I would have to go around and come through the drive through again! What? I told them to keep the whole order and Left!...

What's going on here! They're still using old oil it smelled bad. Cashier was unfriendly. I asked for a soda, she got the cup & turned it "mouth down" on the counter. A friend with us ordered a bacon cheeseburger - the bacon was half- cooked. She took it back, that killed her appetite! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE FOR LUNCH. It's shameful !! Awful service. Half the time you can't come inside and have to use the drive thru. When using the drive thru the wait times are always long. They can't seem to manage a shift change with out halting service. And for some inexplicable reason you have to drive forwart and reverse and forward again in the drive thru to get your foot to help them cheat some kind of drive thru quota. Use another...
