Arby's — Restaurant in Monticello

If the sandwiches were 20% of what they looked like on tv commercials the line to get in would take an hour..gotta love paying for a premium brisket sandwich with 4 thin bacon sized pieces of meat on it.. tried same sandwich at 3 different Arby's location's in different cities.All the same exact no meat sandwich.. thats why Arby's has the meats.they don't put any of it on your sandwich!! I AM NOT TRYING TO GET A REFUND NOR AM I TRYING TO GET ANYTHING FREE FROM ARBY'S.We bought these sandwiches at Monticello, Rennselear, and Laporte Indiana locations over a 2 month span of time.We just love beef brisket and were very disappointed.UPDATE..only sandwich Arby's fish sandwich was only edible sandwich..WAS! What did they do..fish is now disgusting,tarter sauce changed Omg horrible.. I gave 2nd sandwich to my dogs I just couldn't stomach another bite..My daughter ate 2bites of hers dogs ate that too. Went to this Arby's Sunday after a funeral before we headed back home my husband ordered a Gyro It was so greasy that the grease was coming through the bag He couldn't even pick it up out of the wrapping.so we went back through the line he ordered chicken strips we get up to window explained to the girl that we would like to exchange it for the chicken strips her comment was oh did you pay for the car in front of you we said no explained again said oh we can make you another one explained again my husband said never mind I dont want anything as we drive away from window she yelled at us dont ever come back WOW that's how you treat customers at that point she really ticked off my husband who had stayed calm this whole time yelled back we wont we dont live here....so my advice train your works to listen to customers and by the way the car in front of us left without the employee taking there money and I only gave 1 star because I had to so I could...
