I hate to write this review but since I’ve gotten my hair done here I’ve been getting so many bad comments on my hair to where now I have to dye it all one color cause I’m so tired of it. Don’t get me wrong the girl who did my hair was so sweet and her helper helped me with my newborn that I had to bring with me but when she got done with my hair I instantly knew it wasn’t what I wanted and I literally cried the way home and my husband knew right when I walked in the door that I was upset and that what I got wasn’t what I wanted but how do you tell someone who just did you hair and helped with my baby that I didn’t like their work…I just couldn’t be that person. I paid $170 and wanted a blonde balayage but what I got was some what of small highlights that is on one side of my head but the other side has nothing … I know my hair looks black but it’s not black it’s a brown and I’ve gotten my hair done a lot to where I know it takes blonde very well. The picture she showed me on how my blonde would come out would be that orange blonde because she said my hair was dark but the picture she showed me I was fine with and it had a lot of blonde in it because I knew I could do a second session to get it more blonde so I was fine with it but even the picture she showed me isn’t want I got… I inserted a picture that I showed her I wanted as well. I’ve paid $120 at the salon in Covington for highlights and had gotten way more highlights in my hair and way more blonde than this but I didn’t want highlights this time but it’s basically what I got . The salon was beautiful tho and like I said the stylist was so sweet and her helper too I just am so upset that I had to dye my hair and waste $170 bucks. I’m sorry I just had to get this...
