Absolutely mind-blowing! Penzo Pizza Company, nestled in the heart of Montpelier at The Inn At Montpelier, is hands down the best pizza experience I've ever had. I ordered a pepperoni cheese pizza with honey hot sauce, and it was a revelation. The perfect blend of sweet and spicy, with gooey cheese and a crispy yet chewy crust, created a flavor explosion that danced on my taste buds.

My friend's pineapple pizza was equally amazing, and the drinks were top-notch. I had a Painkiller that transported me straight to a tropical paradise. But the food? Unbelievable. The cheese was out of this world, and every bite was a taste sensation.

The atmosphere at Penzo Pizza Company is warm and welcoming, and we met so many incredible people during our visit. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that you won't forget. Delicious food and outstanding customer service, Penzo is the spot!

Solid beer/wine/cocktail list and a well rounded menu with rotating house made desserts, everything we’ve tried over multiple visits has been thoroughly enjoyed.

The Brussel sprouts app is fantastic and the Shrimpy Shrimp were large and well seasoned and cooked perfectly.

The menu pizzas are creative and each one we’ve tried has been a slam dunk, don’t sleep on the Uncle Tony’s or the Truffleufagus.

Our group can’t decide if the made to order chocolate chip cannoli, or the lemon blueberry cheese cake is our favorite dessert, so we’ll be back to settle that debate soon.

Sam was our server this time, and he made our night. We watched him effortlessly charm the entire dining room, while providing excellent service and going entirely out of his way to host our chatty kindergartener. If we hadn’t already planned to be back to eat our way through the menu, we’d be back anyway to enjoy Sam’s company. Updating: I decided to try eating in restaurant and the food was fantastic. Wouldn't order delivery again but will definitely come back for date nights. Atmosphere was great, really solid service. Still expensive but for a nice night out I think it's worth it.

$33 for a 12 inch gf pizza. I was really looking forward to trying this place but honestly pretty disappointed. I ordered the white pizza which stated it came with parmesan, mozzarella and ricotta but only had mozzarella when I got it? Added black olives & onions which were thrown on after the fact and barely cooked (also an additional $2.00 per topping).

The gf crust was fine but not as good as some other options around here. I liked the olive oil base but by the time I got my order it had all soaked into the crust leaving a weird texture that was somehow dry, gritty and soggy at the same time.

Maybe if the pizza had all of the ingredients listed and was fresh out of the oven it would have been better. Super bummed because it looked amazing and other reviews were great. What I received vs other photos looks like two different...
