Update:

The owner doesn't like to take accountability for their staffs actions. The owner rather turn things around such as jumping to a judgement on someones character. It's probably not the best practice to have an employee of the store outside littering their cigarette butts on the ground flicking them in the air near combustible furniture pieces waiting to be disposed of.

Furthermore, I did attempt to call the store and was advised that the owner wasn't available.

The owner's response was posted below mentioning bashing their store online and not calling the store directly. It's a google review and I would suggest learning to be more professional with your response and maybe it wouldn't be a turn off to potential customers wanting to do business there. I definitely will advise people I come in contact with to do business elsewhere and to give them alternative options to your store.

If you were professional you would have an expectation of all staff who wear the uniform you provide to conduct themselves professionally as their a direct representation of your business. Lead by example and maybe your business would be more successful. 😉 🇺🇸

I also suggest replacing the light bulbs in your lamp fixtures beside furniture rather than having fixtures that aren't even functioning or illuminated properly. This has been observed on several occasions and shows the lack of attention to daily tasks.

Smart home was absolutely AMAZING! They took time to help me find the furniture that I LOVED, the washer and dryer I had questions about they answered with kindness. The team was all around AMAZING! When delivering my items they set everything up for us, we didn’t have to lift a finger, they took the time to explain how our washer and dryer worked and all the new things that came with it. They also took time to look at our set us and explain to us the best things to use so our set wouldn’t die out quickly as we have a newer set. Explained best laundry detergent that wouldn’t effect the use of washer. Explained so many different things that we didn’t know. They took the time to have conversations with us to get to know us as PEOPLE not just customers! We will continue to give them our business as we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Top notch service when you 1st walk in with a greeting. There is no pressure of being hassled by the "salesman pitch." They give you time to look around. They answer any questions you ask. They work with you on your financial budget. Nice mom/pop store,which you don't see around anymore. Affordable prices that beat their competitors!

Delivery time! They came in the time frame I requested. They delivered the furniture fast and easy. They will place the items where you want them and not just place them anywhere and say "here you go". They go over the paper work one more time,just in case you forgot something. They were fast and professional of your place.

Overall this is the place you want to get your next furniture set,new bed etc...that are affordable!
