The Bagel Place Essex — Restaurant in Essex Junction

Placed an order online at 8:18am, was given an estimated pick-up time of 8:40am. Waited around until 9am, while other customers placed orders in-person and were served. Finally was notified at 10:17am that my order was ready, long after I had finished eating my bagel from a slightly more distant but much better quality bagel shop. While this is the most extreme example, I have ordered from them perhaps five times and only once have they had my order ready within 10 minutes of the estimated time. Don't order online.

They are also the 4th best of the 4 nearby bagel spots in terms of quality, not bad but all of the other places have better bagels. Worth the few minutes of...
