My rating is based off of a couple things.

1.) The dresses themselves are absolutely beautiful. They are wedding dresses so they are pricey but there's many budget options too. I found one a little out of budget that I was willing to go over for. I'm a size 8 for reference. I did buy my dress here. For dress options and styles, I give a 5/5.

2.) The try on process was okay. Felt a tad rushed and the lady I worked with was nice but any questions she asked me sounded like they were forced. She did offer me a dress off the rack as it was within my budget but I declined as it wasn't THE dress for me. I do give props to her for zipping and button me into every dress I tried on. Thought there'd be a big hullabaloo when I found the dress but there wasnt. Mother in law had to ask for a "I found the dress" picture in order for us to get one. For the try on process I give a 3/5.

3.) Communication was actually very poor. Like terrible. Scheduling the appointment went well, had to do that online though (which is fine). My dress was done and ready to pick up in February. Someone had called me to tell me it was ready to be picked up (she sounded rushed) so I told her "Okay, thanks!" And she hung up. When I was able to find time in my schedule to go pick up the dress, I left several (4) messages on their answering machine throughout the week of May 17th. I just needed to know if I needed an appointment to come pick it up or if I could just show up. Well, my last voicemail was simply me saying that I was going to come pick it up. I showed up in the middle of another brides try on's (Fiori's is by appointment only which is why I wanted to know when would be a good time to stop in). The lady I dealt with was very nice but didn't really tell me anything about the dress or have me try it on (which I understand as there was another bride in the shop, but this is why I wanted to know if needed an appointment or not) and I left thinking... That's it? I had to open my dress up when I brought it to my car to make sure there were no weird stains or anything off about it. Communication-wise, I give a 1/5.

All in all, nice selection, nice workers, but communication was terrible. I don't think they check their voicemails all that often, if at all. I'm not digging into Fiori by any means, I just think they could be more clear about the whole process and have their brides picking up, try on their dresses and have their brides be...

I was married last year and visited Fiori once. I ended up not going with a dress from here, but I did like the atmosphere of their shop (very charming) and the selection (GORGEOUS dresses). My one qualm was the staff. While outwardly friendly I will admit I felt horribly snubbed by the girl who seemed to stop caring once I said I was looking for a dress under $1,000. She still assisted me well enough, but the care seemed to lessen. Unfortunately, as a recent graduate saving for a house price was very much controlling my decisions. Given all of the other wedding expenses that must happen a dress I wear once was not at the forefront of where I wanted to drop the most money. I would have appreciated if the associate respected this (it was a difficult thing to me to budget this and realize I could not afford my dream dresses) and worked with my to offer alternative styles within my price range. She kept bringing me dresses well beyond my price range. While I understand this is useful in finding what I like vs. what I don't like, I would have liked seeing some things I could actually afford. I did have an appointment and when a walk in occurred I felt abandoned. She seemed to be the only one there (having worked retail I understand that feeling!), but my party and I weren't able to do much without her as we were not allowed to take dresses off the rack of try them on ourselves (again, I understand the liability here).

That being said, my experience here was pleasant enough. I would make the suggestion that while they don't really do alterations such as sleeves, backs (zippers, laces, etc), and other things, it may not hurt to have examples of sleeves (with their names) so that we can try them on, see the alteration, and take it to a seamstress to add. Another bridal shop I visited had various sleeves I could "clip" on to see what I liked and did not like- it was useful for helping a visual person like myself decide.

I did really appreciate the handwritten card that I received after, it was very thoughtful. They staff do seem quite friendly, so I feel bad leaving this review... but I cannot help but feel snubbed for price. I do look quite young, so perhaps I was not taken seriously... I'm not sure. I have recommended them to others though, even if I myself did not purchase from here. I've had friends who have had very positive experiences here. I do wish I could leave a 4.5 review as I feel...

I can't say enough about this place. I went in for my first consultation to figure out what shape/kind of dress I liked. I worked with Anna, who with just a few details about my wedding vision was able to pick me out a variety of nearly perfect gowns. From there I narrowed it down to two. Anna advised that I sleep on it and come back in a few weeks. So nice that they don't pressure you into buying! I went back a few weeks later, this time working with Geri who was SO warm and accommodating. I tried on my previous choices plus a few new ones she suggested, and ended up finding a new favorite -- after purchasing I started to have MAJOR post-purchase anxiety. When I called back to cancel my order, Geri calmly let me know that this happens all the time, and advised me to come back in to try one more time. She was able to take me THAT DAY. When I came back in her and her mom helped me pick my dress, and made me feel so reassured that it was the right one. I feel so happy and excited to wear it this September. On top of their amazing service, they are super professional. My dad was with me for one appointment, and he can be difficult/was trying to haggle, and they handled him like a pro! I will also say for larger ladies out there, there was ZERO talk of losing weight, or anything about my body. They simply helped me find the best gown for ME. They also have a huge selection in a very reasonable price range. Lastly, their shop is ultra cute! My bridesmaids and I popped champagne and had a cute photo shoot at the end -- totally Instagram worthy. It was just like say yes to the dress. Anyway...LOVE this...
