Ordered a Curbside Pickup for a sandwich, steamed asparagus, and a burger with fries. We arrived at the Curbside To Go area at 3:50 exactly, as the delivery time window was 3:47-3:52 PM. Texted "here" per the instructions sent via SMS. This isn't our first To Go order at Chili's. At 4:04 PM, we called to let them know we were waiting outside. The gentleman who answered seemed a little confused and asked if it was an online order, I said yes. He asked my name, and then said "it'll be ready in a minute." At 4:17 PM, my husband went inside the restaurant. Our food was sitting on the counter in a bag. There was no apology for our wait, nor explanation of why it wasn't taken out to the Curbside To Go spot, in spite of it saying so on the attached receipt as well as the "Ready By" showing their extreme tardiness. Very unusual for Chili's. By the time we made it home, the sandwich was absolutely soaked in the water from the asparagus. I had to throw away the bun and substitute my own. The tomato on the sandwich was also disgusting--was lethargic, stringy and soggy. I threw that in the trash along with the sopping bottom bun. In all, this was quite the disappointing experience with Chilis. We won't be back...

Which wasn’t what we really needed cause our daughter was just out of the hospital but we are traveling home to Arizona from Denver Colorado after her surgery and she really wanted to eat and wanted chili’s well she ended getting overwhelmed with all the noises so we had to change our order to to go. But instead of being ok with it your waitress decided to huff and puff like we are a nuisance to her life. Look we didn’t predict this was going to happen we thought she would be ok. And so did she but instead of accepting we had to abruptly leave due to our child she acted like an immature child. I have been a waitress things happen all the time but your customers are your customers and they tip you for the service you provide and treating us like we had put a wrench in her day was not the kind of service we should of received. There is a reason we stopped going to chili’s and it’s reasons like this. We still wanted our food but we just had to take it to go. Maybe work on your poor customer service...

The problems were sorted out quite quickly, but my fries were cold which makes me wonder if the pots of ranch were perhaps plucked out and the rest of the food was rearranged
I had a pretty good view of the kitchens from where I was sitting and I had the pleasure of seeing one of the "chefs" sprinkling something over three plates of waiting food with his bare hands, before going on to cough, and then remove the phlegm from his mouth by wiping it with the front of his shirt
