My spouse and I order food to pick up from this restaurant. We ordered it off the website for pickup.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told to wait to be helped. We thought that was odd, as the restaurants was very empty with only a few patrons. Most restaurants will see if you are there to make a pick-up order when you arrive to get you in and out quickly. We waited thinking that the waitress had something pressing to do.

After waiting for 5 or 10 minutes without being helped, we called the resteraunt to see if we could get someone to come help us. NO ONE picked up the phone. After waiting around 10 more minutes, we had to flag down a waitress to be helped.

But the lack of service did not end there. When handed our bag of food, we asked for a receipt. The waitress was so confused that we asked for a receipt and at first didn't know what to give us. She eventually gave us a small ticket that did not have the full information expected on the receipt. At other restaurants, it is common to be given the food along with a receipt to prove the purchase.

The food was also lacking.

The large portion was no larger than the regular portion of different pasta. Do not waste your money on this "upgrade". The meatballs were extremely hard and overcooked. The garlic bread was a combination of bread and tasted like a gummy hockey puck dunked in garlic. There was a ray of hope in our experience: The mushroom sauce on the tortillines was good.

I was so excited to try this place. The photos I’ve seen looked delicious. I wanted to give them time to iron out some of the grand opening issues that are bound to happen. The comments were a little brutal, but honest. My family and I went in for a Friday evening dinner. I will try and shorten the rest of the review for reading ease.

45 mins to get food (waiter let us know ahead of time kitchen was busy and may take 30 mins for food) so we were ok since we had a heads up. Food was under seasoned on all 3 dishes. The food looked great, good plating, well cooked. Alfredo is an easy sauce, this shouldn’t be an under seasoned sauce. our waiter also appeared to be the bar tender so I know he was stretched thin. I noticed a lot of extra steps. He walks over to ask if we want more water to turn around and go back to the bar to get the water pitcher. I don’t know why he wouldn’t have brought it over with him when he asked to save steps. This most definitely makes your job easier. Again, he was covering a lot of tables, so only some advice. menu had delicious sounding food, so I most definitely will be back to try some...

I've seen a couple reviews about being able to make these meals at home and I have to agree, for the price it was very underwhelming. We were seated very quickly, but sat at the table for our waitress to even acknowledge us for a good 20 minutes. After ordering we waited quite a while for our food, if I knew how long it would have taken I would have timed it, but my husband did make the comment that if the food didn't come in the next 10 minutes we were going to go somewhere else. My husband ordered the Alfredo with Chicken, he thought the chicken was tasty but nothing too exciting, it also looked as if it had been sitting back there for a little bit, it was warm but not hot. I had the Spaghetti and meatballs, I don't normally like meatballs but I really enjoyed these. The pasta sauce was nothing special and I had fairly big pieces of garlic I picked out of my sauce.
