I do NOT recommend this location.
My order was 3 things and 2 of them were wrong.
Unfortunately, they closed at 10, so when I called right at 10 to get or corrected, there was no answer. I guess they don't mess around with closing time here! For anyone thinking I'm a jerk for ordering last minute, I ordered as soon as I got to my hotel room. It was 30 mins before closing and tipped $8 for a 5 min delivery of 2 sandwiches and 1 cookie.
I ordered a BLT and instead got a sandwich with what appears to be every other meat besides bacon. 😂 🤣 I'll add some photos.
I double checked the menu to make sure that "BLT" didn't mean something else at this location. It does in fact say bacon lettuce tomato and mayo. They sent what appears to be salami, ham, roast beef, capocollo, provolone, more roast beef, more salami, and more ham. I figured I got someone else's sandwich, but it does have the crunchy japanenos I ordered sooooo... I have no clue. Haha.
I ordered a confetti cookie and got chocolate chip. No refund for the difference.
I asked for mayo packets but none came. I'm in a hotel so no option for adding my own.
I guess I'll call tomorrow and request a refund. Luckily, I am visiting from out of state so this isn't my normal location.
Update from next day: I called this morning just hoping for a refund. Not in a Karen-y way, but just to deal with the issue at hand.
Erica the manager explained that because they close out all transactions at the end of the night, they cannot do a refund unless it's the same day. I told her that I tried to call right at 10 (as soon as I opened the bag up and realized it was wrong) but nobody answered.
She said the only solution was to put this as a credit for me at this location and I could come and get it some other time. I told her I live in Arizona, was just here for the night and I don't foresee myself coming back anytime soon.
Her next solution was for me to come by the store and pick up a sandwich later on today. I explained that I am in a hotel and I don't have a car. I will be flying out in just a few hours.
She said she would send the replacement sandwich to me now. OK. I could have it for lunch I guess. 🤷🏻♀️
I was going to give the delivery driver $3 because I know that it isn't his fault he had to come out here and bring me a sandwich because the night crew yesterday screwed up. Thennnnn he insisted that the manager wants the other sandwich back. He waited at the door of my room while I went and got the sandwich from my little hotel fridge. When I went to get the sandwich, I set the money down on the desk and forgot to pick it back up. Sorry delivery guy. I would have given you the money except I got distracted with the request for the old sandwich. Maybe Erica can throw you a tip!
To me, asking for the item back implies that they thought I was lying & trying to scam them out of a free sandwich or something. What if I had eaten it? What if I had eaten it because it was 10:00 at night and nothing else was open and they weren't answering their phone to get it corrected? Then I would just be out of luck I guess.
I hope they aren't going to try to sell that sandwich to someone. I poked around in it quite a bit trying to see what it was and it sat in my hotel fridge all night. Glad they got it back since they wanted it though.
PS: Not once did the manager apologize for the issue (which really should be step number one what are customer calls about an incorrect order). I was annoyed about that, so I brought up the cookie situation and asked whether they were just out of the correct cookie or what. She hesitated as if she knew they just screwed up, but eventually just agreed w me that they were "probably out". Again, second chance to apologize and she didn't take it.
The whole interaction was very uncomfortable for me. I doubt I will eat this replacement sandwich because I'm sure it has been on the bathroom floor or something judging by her tone on the call and the...
Read moreWe love Montrose Jimmy John’s. The food is always great. Today my daughter ordered a chicken wrap with pickles no mayo. (She is allergic to eggs) The girl who took our order apparently put in a chicken Caesar wrap (Caesar dressing is made with egg) we took it back and asked them to pls make it without that. The girl was so rude. They gave us another one and it was still a Caesar wrap which we were very clear she had an egg allergy and that’s why she couldn’t eat it. I’ve never had someone be so rude talking to us. After they made a third one she threw it on the counter it almost slid off. We normally wouldn’t ask for things to be remade but the egg allergy was the issue. We also paid for the extra sandwich to get made which is why there’s...
Read moreDo not order through the Jimmy Johns website. It will not inform the store of your modifications and that is a HUGE allergy risk. I modified my turkey sandwich to not have tomatoes, to add mustard packets, and no ice in my drink. None of my modifications were notified to the store, except the no ice because I had to put it next to my name. Normally I would just ask for a remake, but I literally have no time to wait for another. I am booked with patients from 1:30pm to 6pm so this was my only chance to eat before I get home to make dinner. I just wanted a refund but they refused because the modifations weren't on my receipt, so I'm out $15 and I don't get to eat lunch. I'm...
