Lydia's Bake Shop — Restaurant in Montrose

Lydia and her family; my wife and I cannot express how much we think of them first and foremost, as people but also as business owners and community members. Their products from the beverages to the sweets to the furniture are quality through and through just like they are! Not surprising whatsoever that they are running a first class business because that’s what this family is all about! My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of the enjoyment that we had this past weekend spending time at Lydia‘s Bake shop…eating the most incredible carrot cake cookie that we have ever eaten along with purchasing pieces of furniture! We wish them the greatest success, and looking forward to many more visits to their businesses with family and friends! BTW, I don’t even like carrot cake, but this cookie was absolutely heavenly and the reason we went into Lydia’s bakeshop to try it was because while in another store, a friend we ran into commented about this cookie, and she encouraged us to go try it! Lydia was absolutely incredible. I was on my way to a job interview and a little nervous. I saw the bake shop sign and popped in. I was greeted by the most lovely woman at the counter, turns out this is Lydia! Every single cookie looked absolutely perfect. I was leaning towards the GOAT cookie when Lydia let me know that was her favorite. It was INCREDIBLE, definitely lives up to its name.
