Decent food they get it right most of the time. I ordered a combo and the only option is a large drink. When I asked for the cup she gave me a medium cup. I told her I ordered a large and she said she ran out. I asked why are you charging me for a large then,? She replied it's the same price whether you get a large or a medium. Wrap your head around that! They're charging you more money for you to get less. I asked her if that sounds like the right thing to do and she replied they do it because they can.

Another instance of horrible Customer Service I went through the drive-through and they forgot cinnamon twists that cost two dollars. I realize this at home. I tried calling their phone goes right to voicemail. I went there again the next week and spoke to the manager and she says there’s nothing she can do about it because I didn’t say anything the same day she told me I was supposed to drive back and bring the error to their attention that day I told her I tried to call and she said we disabled the phone for that reason let’s remember that we’re talking about two dollars something that the manager could’ve easily turned around, grabbed the product and given it to me and settled it she’s implying that people lie about their mistakes, even though as we were arguing, a customer walked up to us and showed that they made a mistake with their order. She looks at me and shrugs...

My recent visits have left much to be desired. It seems the fine art of condiment distribution has eluded this establishment. Upon opening my food, I was greeted not with the saucy bounty I anticipated, but rather nothing. Sometimes, it is but a meager collection of one or two sauce packets, but this day was barren. Surely, the culinary experience of a Crunchwrap Supreme or Cheesy Gordita Crunch is incomplete without the appropriate accompaniments!

One might imagine that in a world where precision and attention to detail are paramount, Taco Bell would excel in the art of saucery. Alas, my repeated disappointments suggest otherwise. It is with a heavy heart (and a still-craving palate) that I must award this establishment a single star. For in the realm of fast-food condiments, as in life, quantity and quality matter. Taco Bell Montvale, please take note: greatness lies not just in the crunch of a shell, but in the generosity of its sauce packets.

In conclusion, dear reader, if you cherish your sauces as I do, approach this particular Taco Bell with caution. Or better yet, bring your own...

A coworker picked up this order for me so I was not able to verify in person. I ordered a power menu bowl combo through the app and specified no sour cream as I am allergic to one of the ingredients in their sour cream. I also am not a fan of sour cream so I always specify "no sour cream" even when I go there in person. When my coworker delivered my order I come to find out they added sour cream to my bowl. My coworker informed me that he noticed on the board within taco bell itself it stated "no sour cream". So to my belief they deliberately ignored the board for my order and added sour cream. I tried to reach out to them via their number listed on google and also their Taco Bell website to correct this but the number is not in service. Please correct your website and add an operable number. Also I am unable to drive down there myself because my work schedule does not permit this. I will change my review once I am reached out to for resolution of this matter or refunded my order total as I was not able to...
