The Pizza Parlour — Restaurant in Montvale

Came here two times. First time there were kids running around screaming and the staff does nothing about it and I had to leave. Second time was today 1/5/25 and my husband ordered us a pie. This thing was a sloppy gooey mess with no distinct lines to pull the slices. We couldn't even cut it with a knife. My husband * who hates complaining over food* had to go back out and they made him a new one. The second one was a little more cooked but we still had to use a knife to cut through the cheap sloppy cheese we all choked on. Took 10 mins to eat one slice and not die. Zero flavor as well. A worker tried blaming him for tossing it around and that's why it was so soupy. Terrible pizza, don't go! I will say when we had a slice to go it was decent. First photo is the first pie we ordered. Only ate two slices because our child was hungry and desperate. Can't believe this was $19...

First time trying the pizza here. I came in on a Sunday afternoon so it was empty and quiet in the dining area. My order was ready and waiting for me. I ordered a personal size (12") pepperoni pie and a plain (cheese) slice. I usually order a plain slice when I'm trying a pizzeria for the first time. If their cheese slice is good (according to my standards) then I'm persuaded to try the other menu items. Service was quick since I was the only one there and had called it in earlier, excluding a walk in customer. The plain slice was good; flavorful and fresh. The pepperoni slice was also good and fresh. The counter guy was nice and courteous. He explained that the promos displayed on a chalkboard were during weekdays at certain times. I ordered the grandma pie from here about a month ago, hands down was the best grandma pie I have ever had in my life! Since, I have been craving this place non stop. So the other day I ordered 2 plain cheese pies and was so disappointed. They didn't taste good at all 😔 such a shock because the grandma pie was spectacular. I'm not going to give up on the place, maybe I got an old pie or got you guys on a bad day. 😩 But it was so bad I was kind of wishing I spent the money on a dominoes cheese pie instead.
